After driving all day, it was nice to be welcomed at check in with friendly and helpful staff. The made to order omelets and all the other breakfast foods to choose from. We only stayed one night and everything was great.

Everything was great, no complaints.

Very clean modern rooms with a large amount of space. Great breakfast options, great parking that feels safe. Very nice staff. Great indoor atrium space surrounded by five floors of rooms. The entire hotel had a very modern theme used throughout the property.

The connecting door that opens to an adjacent room was unlocked on our side. That is a security issue. The reason I checked was because you can easily hear the people next door who were making a lot of noise. Cleaning staff should check to make sure those are locked when not in use.

Bathroom was not very clean. The toilet was flushing so loud. There’s not a way to dim lights, etc.

Location was great and rooms are a great size

Room was dirty. We walked in and found a dirty sock on the floor in the front room. Spare blanket was covered in hair and was so old it was rough. Pool had poop floating in it. We alerted the front desk and even scooped it out ourselves. We went down an hour later and people were still swimming so no one did anything about it. My daughters went down and asked the front desk for more towels (we were given 4 for 6 people). They told them they ‘only had one left’. Overall such a bad experience and bummed because we planned on booking another night in a few weeks to take a quick beach trip.

Why is there a charge for parking?

The hotel was decent when I stayed the first time but when I had to cancel due to illness they refused to refund me. Lost opportunity for them.

Horrible customer service and lack of customer retention skills

Room was noisy and smelled terrible. Window had no screen - so could not open without bugs flying in. Food service was terrible. Slow and cold. Lobby smells like chlorine. Room furniture was awfull. Never stay here again. Rip off.
