the breakfast area isn’t clear. It’s more of a cafe instead of a proper breakfast…

We did not have time for the breakfast! The entire staff was super friendly. We did eat in the Bistro which offered healthy meals. The landscaping around the hotel is beautiful and the late winter vegetation is in bloom. The hotel was very clean and orderly.

We were in a disabled room. The space in the bathroom is appreciated but the design/aesthetics were a bit disappointing. The lighting was also disappointing. We did not have a wheelchair but the mirror was not accessible for someone who may have needed it.

I was able to check in early and the desk person was so nice.

The staff was wonderful. The lounge areas were relaxing, comfortable and made for a good workspace w/o having to be in the room

#1 issue-Insulation between floors was not good. Could hear every step taken on the floor above me

Over priced, low toilet, AND A CALL FROM MANAGER SAYING WE ONLY BOOKED 2 NIGHTS AND OUR BELONGINGS WERE GOING TO BE CONFISCATED!!! Also, room had awful chemically odor.

The people are very kind. They go out of their way to make us comfortable. Everything is clean. It is easy access to our family and to town.

The plugs next to the bed were loose and our phones did not charge. We come often and prices just keep going up.

Great location. Comfortable beds.

No in-room safe. Safe is available at front desk but you get threatened with an $800 charge if you should lose the key. I have never stayed in a hotel - even at half the price, with no in-room safe.

Good location to walk to nearby restaurants and the ferry, Paul Mitchell products in bathroom, air conditioning.

The refrigerator was broken in room 203...meaning they didn’t thoroughly clean the room to check this. The floor also obviously hadn’t been mopped between guests. Bed was uncomfortably hard and pillows uncomfortably soft. There were 4-5 different people at the front desk as I walked in they all stared strangely at me and it was confusing who was actually there to receive guests.
