From the very beginning, had issues upon entering the hotel lobby attempted to speak to what appeared to be a bell boys at the bell desk was ignored. Just told to go around the corner to the laugh and speak to someone once. I got around the corner until the left was the main reception area. I had to wait approximately 5 to 7 minutes because the staff there was joking with each other and laughing and not paying attention to the customers. Once, I finally made it into the room. The noise level in the hallways and upstairs and through the walls was terrible i was unable to sleep the entirety of the night.

The staff was super friendly and helpful and I liked that they put on on the bottom floor. The balcony was great also!

To start, they charged us $40 to park in the parking garage. Weird, but whatever. Second, upon entering the room, we were greeted with the strongest smell of mildew. We got in late so we didn't want to complain and the smell seemed to be more manageable when we turned the air on. We booked a King room but we were given two full beds (really not a big deal but still). The shower though... the shower was the worst part. It really seemed like the handle have fallen off at any moment. Additionally, the lever moving from cold to hot was very loose. I barley tapped it and it went from luke warm to scorching hot! There was no body wash in the bottles they provided & no trash bags in the trash cans. We were only staying for one night but it definitely not worth the over $500 they charged us. Likely, will never stay at this location a second time.

The property was clean and easy to navigate.

Our shower drain was clogged and caused the bath water to spill onto the floor. Has to use our towels to dry the floor. The wall paper will. The room was old and the lawn outside our garden view room was dead. Not much of a view.

The location and view were wonderful. Most of the staff was courteous and professional.

Staff was definitely not helpful and quite rude. There was a problem with electricity in the room, a lamp and charging station not working. Notified the staff and told it would be fixed, but nothing happened. Very annoying. Buffet breakfast is very limited and when I arrived most of the warm dishes were not there. I asked and was told to wait for them, at some point they would be ready. Of course, I didn't have the time to spend 1 hour for breakfast and just got a couple of cold items -- still full cost on it.

Outside pool area was beautiful.

Our room was next to the reception hall where a wedding was taking place, the music was so loud we couldn’t hear the movie we rented for $20, nor could we relax in our room. I called the front desk and asked them to move us, only to be told that the wedding was scheduled to end at 9 pm,in a couple of hours and there were no rooms to be moved to. On the other side of our room was the workout room, all night and morning the gym door would slam open and close, there was constant yelling or loud talking. I also had called the front desk to ask for a microwave, I was told I needed to pay a $25 delivery charge to get one placed in my room. In the morning, at the checkout desk I complained and was told, “Sorry, nothing I can do about you being dissatisfied!”

first, they put down. the room no wrong. next, they gave me a. room uncleaned. last the room they managed to find me is a different room type and there was a tray left there uncleaned at the room entrance. after complaint, the manager just came out with another excuse. no. apology at all.

May weather not conducive to using pool. However it looked nice.

No staff to quiet group of young girls with their mothers screaming later at night in hot tub.

Location near golf course. Shuttle to golf course. Friendly staff. Digital key worked well. Good view from balcony.

Parking too expensive. Key card never worked in garage. Need an extra blanket in room. Would be nice to have a screen on the balcony door; slider door didn’t work or lock properly. Not clear on what resort fees included.

The location and views are great. The staff tries to be friendly but clearly has their hands tied by bad policies

The rooms are tired and in severe need of an upgrade (we couldn’t even open our balcony door!) The upcharges are ridiculous!!!! Our room had over $100 of additional charges tacked on to the advertised booking price! The breakfast delivery also was insanely overpriced ($100 for two breakfast burritos and a carafe of coffee after all delivery and surcharges and overpriced food was taken into account) The hotel only has one restaurant and the offerings are limited and the food tastes terrible (did our breakfast steak come off a rubber tire??). There’s not even a true restaurant for dinner at 730 on a Sunday!! Staff slow to respond to requests if at all (we called the front desk at least 7 times in one night stay because of issues!)

We had to move rooms two times. The room we booked was only available to check in at 8pm. So we started in one room, and then moved to our room later in the evening. Unfortunately that room was adjoining to a family room where there was a young baby so we were unable to sleep properly.
