Friendly staff. Clean rooms

The staff were very nice and friendly. They were helpful when we had questions or requests. The owner popped out to say goodbye when we left at 7am. It was a nice gesture. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. The a/c was cold on a hot day.

Room was near stinky garage can and smoke container..smelled up room..hard to sleep..very unhappy with room and price..even had to rent hairdryer

Room was great and staff was nice. weather was perfect for us to travel there to have a good family vacation. the Cranbrook mall is really close and most of the restaurant is near by.

The value for money and the hospitality - this was advertised as the least expensive stay in Cranbrook and it was great. The owners were really kind and considerate.

Clean room, good bed & shower
No hair dryer, only one pillow per person, no tea and skimpy amount of coffee with the Kurig. Poor selection of TV channels.

Very old motel. Uncomfortable bed. Poor soundproofing. The building is not in good condition. Electrical wiring / outlets in room did not seem up to code.

The rooms are very Deceiving to what is Advertised ! A Picture with an Amazing Pool from the 80’s ?!…… Where’s the Pool ??! The Experience was Equivalent to staying in a Third World Motel !! The carpets were Stained,Soiled and Disgusting !! Taking off Your Shoes would have lend to a Bacterial Infection. No Fan in Bathroom !?! ….. Couldn’t Imagine Minus 25 in the Winter !? The Plumbing was Ancient and Subpar !! A “Make Shift” Vanity proved to be Dangerous to One’s Toes and Knees !! Painted over 40 Year old Wallpaper speaks for itself !!……Everything felt a bit Sticky and Contagious. Not as Fresh as it was Advertised ! We didn’t stay in a Room from the Photos !!? We left the Stay Feeling Grungy and Grimy ……. Took a long time to check in and check out. Wish We stayed on the side of the Road instead of checking into the Kooteney Country Inn , Cranbrook, B.C. !!! Never Again !!

The staff couldn't have been more accommodating, they were all extremely friendly, courteous and we really enjoyed our stay there. They are VERY safety conscious about cleanliness, personnel safety, etc.
Nothing, maybe more parking? But I do not think there is any room for more parking
