Hot shower. Comfortable bed and pillows. Location close to airport.

Walls thin, traffic noise even with windows closed. Loud heating/aircon unit. Room very dated and needs renovation. Windows covered with opaque plastic due to painting in progress. The toilet had a slow leak in the tank meaning the water would run every 10 minutes in the middle of the night, that was annoying. Breakfast is prepackaged pastries and pour your own waffles.

Great location directly across from the harbor in Point Loma. The bed was very comfortable. Free parking.

The room was right next to busy Rosecrans, so there was a lot of car noise. The breakfast and coffee were bad. Wifi was ok, but not great for work.

stayed three nights, never got maid service. had to find coffee and clean towels. they were painting the front lobby so we couldn't go to front desk.

No trash bags in trash can. There breakfast had no coffee- coffee pot broken. Nothing for breakfast.

The location was great. Very close to everything, but also quiet. The lady that tended to the breakfast area was very efficient and kind. She was working very diligently to ensure that everything was meticulously clean and restocked.

The facilities have been partially upgraded but there’s still a lot left to do. The room was clean, however we were in the 2nd floor and were not told there was an elevator. We arrived after midnight, weary from driving all day, and proceeded to lug our bags up the stairs. Upon checkin we also were not told about the time (or even the existence) of the breakfast room/options. The only reason I knew about the included breakfast was because of booking.com The mattresses were absolutely terrible. My 80lb teen slept on the pull out couch and was so uncomfortable she could not sleep the second night because it was practically springs with a thin cushion. I’m also glad we brought our own pillows from home. The shower would not drain (took over an hour for the water to drain) and we could not turn on the light over the sink without a very piercingly loud electrical buzzing noise from the light. It was convenient to have both a microwave and a fridge. The door to the room did not shut completely on its own- it had to be pushed shut with force. We ran out of toilet paper on the first day of our 2 day stay (luckily I keep some in our car for emergencies, so we retrieved that vs. the hassle of contacting house keeping). Overall the facilities were decent and we felt safe. Our disappointment centers around the price vs. value. For the facilities we received vs. the price we paid ($500+ for 2 nights) we definitely feel disappointed and that the price was too high.

The location couldn't have gotten any better! Directly located across from the harbor. Close to plenty of restaurants and shops. The balcony was a great size.

The hotel was a little older and the room was on the smaller size. Which wasn't an issue.

Construction going on so pretty shabby looking, chilly 50 degrees and no heat (or at least i couldn't find it) and no rugs on the floors, no light in the part of bathroom with shower (couldn't find the switch but appeared to be one installed?). Night staff not particularly friendly and did not inform me of the breakfast included so didn't know until was checking out, 5 mins before my Lyft arrived.

Unclean, poorly maintained, smelly. We left after 1.5 hours. Got a room elsewhere. Is this what Ramada stands for?
