Very clean facility just a little outdated

Booking.com confirmed my stay and on arrival they didnt have a room for me. My large family waited in the lobby for an hour and a half with no resolution. Meanwhile I booked a hotel elsewhere.

Communication had a breakdown between booking.com and this hotel. They did not have a room for me and was told I needed to call to fix this.

The staff was very friendly and helpful.

My car got broken into and almost got stolen. If my OnStar had turned the truck off, the burglars would’ve gotten away. This happen at the front of the hotel during the day. Also, people got stuck in the elevator. It was chaos. I will never stay at the same location again.

Great breakfast, quiet, comfy beds. The staff was always amazing.

We had an issue with water pressure and taking forever to get hot. The toilet paper was horrible and the first day the pool seemed pretty dirty.

The ambiance And the personel was handy and attentive to my needs

Ray at the front desk was fabulous with our check in. He was so accommodating

The room and the building it was hot

I’ll stay here every time I go to Dallas. The hotel is perfect

The pool looked dirty the 3 days we were there..

Nothing. I had my card stolen and used for this room and they refuse to refund the money. I of course handled the identity theft thru other resources, but the lack of understanding or help for this company was ridiculous.

Mold in the pipes in the bathroom with a very strong odor. Room was not clean , on the dust ruffle found previous tenants food.

Friendly atmosphere, second time with allergy free room and we love it! Generous room and super comfy bed. Best breakfast, good fitness center

Easy drive to great stores and restaurants. Wish there were more places close by to walk to.

The ambiance, the personal was a always friendly and kind. Love it and as I got once again to Dallas I will be there.

the room was not clean

Looks like needed upgrades are coming, but still clean and maintained.

A two-queen option would have suited us better; daughter had to sleep on the pull-out couch since two doubles was certainly not going to work for us. A/C heat was disabled, so the room was FREEZING the first couple nights; front desk did not have ANY additional blankets they could provide. This was my biggest problem during our stay.

Location was okay. The fistfight in the lobby was free entertainment

The room reeked of mildew. Mold was on the carpet outside the bathroom. The toilet was clogged. No one answers at the desk when you need anything. No towels or soap brought to the room. The furniture is outdated and was advertised having a pullout sofa that has springs poking out of it. It looked like it was pulled out of the trash. It’s the most uncomfortable thing I’ve ever slept on. They don’t tell you that they charge for parking and then hit you with a $15 a day fee AND charge you $20 for “incedentals” and I left the place cleaner than I found it. Called their customer service and was told “too bad”

The room was clean the staff was friendly and accommodating I will always stay at Embassy Suites

There wasn't one thing I didn't like

my daughter loved the indoor pool.

There were several unattended, loud children at the pool. They ran out of towels for the pool, and never supplied more. There was a big joke in the wall above the bed. The second TV didn’t have a remote. The options for TV choices were terrible.

The breakfast was amazing! They had a person on duty making omelettes to order. Along with fresh omelettes, there was much more to choose from.

The bed was comfortable & the breakfast was decent.

After a hard week of Chemo Treatments, it was our anniversary so we were trying to enjoy a relaxing stay away from home for 1 night. We didn't get that! Our room was in the corner & apparently the 2 rooms next to us were being remodeled. There was full construction going on for at least 4 hours. All we wanted to do was take a short nap & get some rest. That didn't happen! We asked for a different room but we're told the hotel was full. It was not. There were plenty of rooms available on different websites including the hotel's main site. The TV was supposed to have 30-40 channels but only maybe 12 worked. The fridge didn't work. The one ice machine in the entire hotel was out of ice. We saw photos & even called ahead to ask about the evening reception. We were told about the sandwiches, chips n dips & appetizers that would be available. When we got there, it was chex mix & goldfish crackers only! And then when we tried to go to bed, we were woken by teens playing loudly in the halls & elevator until about 2 am! They were pretending to shoot those on the elevator when the doors opened. And chasing each other around the halls. Not one adult was in sight! We were charged $15 for parking & we didn't even have our car. We had a friend drop us off & pick us up. I tried contacting a manager but no one was ever available. Money is already tight due to medical bills & we feel like we wasted our money by staying here!
