The hotel is old. The layout is somewhat confusing. Lighting in the room is poor.

Breakfast wasn't in our package.

Should have an elevator close to the front desk.

The staff at this hotel is very professional, friendly, and helpful. It was a quiet, clean hotel. We will stay there again.

The staff were exceptionally polite and helpful. They did everything possible to make us comfortable.

The building is not new, but it was extremely clean and functional. The elevator is in an odd location.

Great clean property. Friendly staff. Clean and modern waiting areas and plenty of nice spots to chill with friends. Starbucks and food was a plus too. The rooms were large and very clean.

Beds were comfortable, rooms were clean, and best of all was the pools were clean and warm. Definitely recommend staying here.

The 2nd floor ice machine did not work and the phone inside room #216 didn't have the front desk number programmed, which made it difficult to get a hold of someone when I needed help with something but as soon as I got someone on the phone they came right up to help. Minor issues

great location and clean

swimming pool being closed and no ice on the floor. Had to walk all the way to the lobby for ice off the second floor. maintenance had to come fix both t.v.
