I was put on the end that had to have the laundry facilities or something on top of me because something was running across the floor all night. The front desk clerk assured me it would be quiet but it was the total opposite.

The size of the room is great for four people. I took my family and we all fit so well I’m there. loved it.

They like to rush you in check out days They need in the rooms the basic kitchen items plates silverware coffee maker pots if you're going to offer kitchens do them right and equipped

Location was convenient

Elevator was broken for 3 days I had to check out a day early due to mobility issues. I was unable to continuously walk up and down 3 flights.

I don’t know because they didn’t let us stay

we reached property with my family around 11:30 Pm. After taking all my ID and signature on contract for cleaning and lost items. The representative realized that there are no rooms available and called Property Manager. The Property manager outright told me my wife and son that there’s no room available and can’t do anything about it. I should find my own solution at 11:45 Pm in the night. she was very irresponsible in not notifying us about over booking in advance . They gave excuse saying they didn’t have my number on the reservations. and didn’t offer any help for alternative solutions

The roominess

The woman manager has personal problems. I was a couple hours late on getting pmt to them Monday and you'd have thought I was trying to rob them. On Sunday night I had to make a new reservation to restay there and they assign me to a completely different room than my belongings are in. So I go down there and get staff to let me in my room and return other key. The next day they are acting like we broke in to 111 room we were originally assigned to. They had cops remove my crippled wife from room and wouldn't accept payment from me. I had 30 mins to get my things from there which was impossible and have to set a time to get the rest. Now #1 why would you assign someone to a different room than their belongings were in and just why would you not let them get all of their stuff out if you refuse them service. Even the cops asked me why I wasn't allowed to get my things. Oh and last but not least, the girl her name was Mary got fired for giving me the key to my room 111 where my belongings were. I gave them the key to 215 they tried to put me in. Sounds pretty fishy doesn't it. That's ok I'm going to social media and the radio and television stations over this one. I have never in my life ever been treated like this or seen a hotel behave like these people have. I'm a working person trying to keep a roof over my head and wasn't trying to do anything underhanded either. Believe me I'm gonna publicly blast this issue. Tina you picked the wrong fight here. And last but not least the refrigerator wasn't working up to par and I lost a few things in there. But I took pictures of all my stuff and if it isn't all their and untouched when I return for it gonna blast y'all to the public even more. Mr Troy, I think Miss Tina was misinforming u of some events because she wanted to say I never made another reservation when I did and she KNEW this.
