The breakfast options and atmosphere was great.

The elevator closest to our room was out of order. The tvs didn't work and when they did there was no sound. No one working could give us any information as to why or could help us. Our room consisted of a queen bed and a pull-out sofa. The pull out sofa had no blankets and took longer than I thought it should after calling the front desk to get blankets for the sofa.

The check-in process was easy, it was about 6 miles from the event we were attending. The room was clean for the most part.

when we checked into the room there was a large puddle of water in the middle of the bathroom from the toilet leaking and the toilet didn’t flush well either. The sink in the bedroom ran continuously. We were only provided with 2 towels, 1 hand towel, and 1 rag. There were not any extra pillows/blankets for the pull out couch. My husband went to the front desk to get some and he was informed they had none. Also, the AC did not work very well in the room so the room was very hot, we had to sleep with the windows open to cool the room down.

Day time staff was so helpful, especially when we wanted to cancel our stay after 1 night of being unsatisfied.

Hotel room was not very clean, including dirty pillows cases. Called down for new pillow cases and they never brought them.

the bed was way to hard and the sheets were very old and had holes in them didn’t fit the bed

been here before, stayed in the exact same room before never had any issues in previous years

advised before we came we will have eight people in our Double suite….we had one washrag and no top sheets on the beds. no sheets for the fold out couch. and a horrible buzzing in our room from the closet.

Construction, broken items, had to switch rooms. Was quoted 84 per night and it changed to 149 per night without notice. Breakfast was good Friday and horrible sat/sun. Absolutely outdated and needs to be cheaper.

I liked the proximity to Globe Life Field.

The doors to the property didn’t close and lock meaning anyone could come in. The property seemed to be a place drugs are being dealt out of and that people have long term stays at. there wasn’t enough signage in the halls to direct you to main areas and hall ways were confusing. The pull out couch in our king suite was horrible and not enough pillows and bedding for a pull out couch. For the price of our stay, the hotel didn’t meet my expectations. I could have stayed at the La Quinta for half the price and felt safer and more amenities and same distance to local attractions.

Window units for AC that has curtains that cover them up keeping your room from being cool. Lots of parole hanging around outside that would just appear. not sure if they were guest just makes you feel very unsafe. 50ft electric cord plugged in to a hotel lamp to allow the ac in the bedroom to work. We have stayed at lots of Hilton hotels and this one was very disappointing. We left without staying the night
