I've stayed here before. Was a good night's sleep.

My recent trip home for the holidays was delayed a day because of the recent weather warnings. Would not refund short notice. I figured it would be fair, weather is out of my hands. I booked weeks ago. Can't speak for my recent trip in the way of amenities as I did not make it.

Didn't get to stay.

Upon arrival I was informed that I would not be able to stay and was turned away. Because even though online I was told that there were pet rooms available, when I arrived to check in, I was then informed there was not. So had to go find a room elsewhere.

Felt like I was bothering staff when I couldn't get my room door open . My view from the door was of a ratty garbage bin enclosure. Noisy. Neighbors TV on all night. N no way to contact staff after hours for help. Met another customer trying to get service 10 minutes after office closed. No one answered the after hours bell. He had just booked n paid for a room 1hr before n had just arrived. He eventually went to a motel across the street to stay. Awful service. On a positive note. The bed was comfortable.

A great budget motel. Nothing fancy but clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay there again.

Price.

Very basic and not well maintained. Room was so small that bathroom door didn't close properly. Poorly insulated walls to adjacent suite allowed a lot of sound leakage.

Easy to find

There was no included breakfast considering the steep price. The location was noisy beside a busy road and noisy neighbours. Three plug'ins in the entire place, two of which were occupied. The desk area had a light, but no plug-in, which was not helpful. Curtains had holes, floor was lifting, lighting was terrible, no grab-bar in tub, bedding was questionable. The room stank. They had obviously found all the furniture on the side of the road, broken, mis-matched, old and very, very tacky.

We had unit #15 which was a two bedroom second floor unit with a nice view of the mountains from the deck. One bedroom had 2 doubles and the other 1 queen, one bathroom and a full kitchen with stove, fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Bathroom did have a blow dryer too. Also had a good size living room with small couch and chair, a decent size flat panel TV with full cable and Wi-Fi as well as a round kitchen table with 4 chairs.

Units are dated so if you are looking for something more elegant and up to date you may want to stay elsewhere.

Good location. Older motel with older amenities.

Well located in Hope. Took pets.

Not clean. Bathroom wall were filthy. Floor was gritty. Ridiculously expensive for the quality of the room. Bedside lamp was crushed, above bed "lamp" was just a bunch of exposed wires. Wall art was on the floor. For shampoo, there was approximately a teaspoon of liquid in a plastic pouch. The bar fridge moaned and clattered all night.

Location was great and the room layout was fabulous

The amount of laundry detergent or fabric softener was way too much. It was extremely perfume smelling. I'd highly recommend not using scented laundry soap.
