very accessible.
the room we rented had a leaky toilet tank. they had put a bottle beneath it to catch the drips. we had to empty this bottle several times during our stay otherwise it would have flooded the bathroom. all we got was sorry for this we thought it was fixed. obviously if it had there wouldn’t had be a need for a bowl!!!

Outdated rooms, beds were ok, when the people above me had a shower it sounded like a freight train whistle in my room, not great to wake up to at 5am

I did not have any breakfast at the Inn.
The location close to the major highway was perfect, as I arrived late and needed to leave early in the morning.
I only stayed a few hours to have a good night sleep. I had no time to explore and experience more.

Bed was comfortable.
Bathroom was very out dated. Previous guests hair was stuck to the wall in the shower. The grout between tiles appeared to have black mould. Found an old shirt button and other potato chip remnants on the floor in the room.

The location was the only good thing.
Housekeeper entered our room while we were sleeping. There was garbage and crumbs inside the couch. Ton of hair on the floor in the bathroom. Tv didn't work or have any channels. Room was extremely warm when we entered. I paid way too much to stay in this dump.

The bed was comfortable
This inn was being advertised as breakfast included but then we get there and are told there is no breakfast due to Covid. They should remove breakfast included from their ads or give us a meal voucher for a local restaurant. This inn was a bit more money than others but I picked it because of the breakfast included. The room was comfortable but it was quite dated. Not worth the money we paid for our 12 hour stay.

The staff are just lovely people! The bed was very comfortable and layed on top was a down duvet that was just luxurious. I appreciated having a microwave and small fridge, the coffee in the room was even wonderful! Very clean, warm, and bright.
I didn't hear a peep out of the neighboring suites beside me, but I could hear quite a bit above me. In their defense, some people are just louder than others.

someone shirts and pants in the close when we got there-not ours. took them to the office.
They would not give me a discount-I am used to most places in the okanagan giving nurses a discount- a bit expensive for the room. next time will not wait until the last minute to book a room- can get better room for less money.

king bed as comfortable
the bathroom was old, grout between the tiles was crumbling, tub was well used, the fan in the bathroom didn't work the shower head was old and looked awful...room was not worth $148.00! Some of the light fixtures didn't work and some plug ins as well
