I was surprised to be charged for parking. The accessible room was a bit spartan , little envelopes of shampoo 2 tea bags etc. breakfast buffet was not impressive

The customer service at check in and check out was great. I loved the warm cookies.
The tight parking spaces, paying $12 for a tight tight space was ridiculous.

The breakfast was very good and the breakfast staff was amazing that is what made the trip great. The bellmen drivers that too me to the mall place was great service too.
The pool area doesn’t even come close to the pictures on the site. I didn’t know there was a 50.00 early check-in time and they were unwilling to refund. There was a barking dog I had to listen from 6pm till 10pm and nothing could be done with that too. Also the doors to the rooms slam shut and that is all you hear all day and night.

I liked the location of the property
I don’t like the limited parking in the front , the back was too dark and inconvenient. The swim pool was not operating and that was one of the main reasons we picked this hotel.
There wasn’t enough outlets in the room for the lamps to be plugged up so they just tucked the chord behind the chair and there was no where to plug it up . The phone in the room didn’t work either for us to reach out to guest services. I would not stay at this property again .

Location was close to highway and venue, but very quiet. Breakfast buffet was great and appreciated the added service to refill our coffee.
The building showed signs of aging. Check in was not the smoothest.

The bar staff were really kind
Some of the front desk staff not so polite, even to say rude. There are no fridge in the room, I mean which hotel does not have a mini fridge in the room... wow, we tried to save the things we had with a bag of ice, but eventually had to throw many things away. Very dissatisfied with out stay. Noticed many other clashes with other clients too by the hotel, not very very pleasant, we definitely cancelled our second night there, and the other hotel which was a little more expensive was a world's difference

Loved the fresh food and the bartenders are always attentive and great! The room was clean as always, the bed was comfortable and spacious.
The towels in the bathroom were a little stiff/harder than normal. They may have been brand new.

The property is older and dated. There is an odor on entry floor. The property offers a buffet breakfast without al cart options. Not what I anticipated.
