There was water maintainance during my stay. Water didn't work until after 5pm. The facet and toilet didnt work until after 5pm .

Sorta security problem here,back door broken,anyone could come in first night I was there 2 homeless people on stairs and of course room near stairs but no problem other nights, staff aware,Vortex has nobody to come out this week holiday

bed looked like someone had just laid on it and there were 2 conditioners and no shampoos limited parking! semi trucks took several spots!

Very loud music playing late in the parking lot, loud guests in the hallway, very noisy elevator right next to our room, stains on bed linens

The pool which is the sole reason I made the reservation was literally a green half full swamp.

Nine months pregnant and asked for 2 extra pillows in the reservation and even called down to front desk to be told they didn’t have any. Very miserable night of sleep.

Nice staff. Nice room. Had enough coffee in room for entire stay. Comfortable bed.

Doors slam so you hear them constantly.
