I asked for a handicap room with 2 queen beds. They didn't have one with a shower except with a king bed available, so they emailed me and ask if a tub was ok with two queen beds. I responded that was just fine & they responded back they had me setup. We arrived early & stopped to check & let them know we were in town & may be late arriving & went ahead & paid for our room & they actually had our room ready. We were able to take our luggage up to the room & relax a little bit before going to a funeral we were there for. There were good places to eat & within walking distance. When I told them we were there for a funeral, they said to let them know if there was anything at all that we needed. We didn't get to enjoy breakfast this morning because we were meeting some family for breakfast & a visit before returning home, but it sure smelled good. After checking out the room we only had decaf coffee & I asked if they had regular & she gave me several packages in a small clear bag with handles to take back to our room. It was so nice of her very accommodating. She gave me enough to have several cups of coffee each.

The bed was a little soft for me & the pillows were not firm enough for me, but that is a personal preference & you can't please everyone, so I'm ok with that. There was no way to charge phones & things by the bed & I was not crazy about that.

Very clean and quiet. Reception staff was VERY HELPFUL which we totally appreciated.

Breakfast wasn't wonderful.

Breakfast was a step up from similar chains (i.e., Comfort Inns, La Quintas), from our experience. The room was clean and quiet. It is in a good location, close to restaurants and grocery stores.

Location was a little tricky getting off the expressway and onto the right ramp, but after first error, we easily circled back and got it.

The beds you could feel every move on it and the water pressure and toilet kept overflowing and getting stuck and not flushing.

90 percent of everything was great super clean quiet very convenient next to alot of places..

WIFI it's horrible you can't do much with it you gotta Pay more to use it better I couldn't get any work done in the hotel had to use my personal Hotspot. Speed was less than 2mb not enough to stream and stuff and work
