Beautiful hotel.

In the beginning, no hot water. I had to run the shower for about 15 minutes before the water got hot. My room seemed warm. Adjusted the thermostat to 50°, didn't seem to help. Front desk said breakfast was included. Went to breakfast, the rude server brought a ticket. When we told her the breakfast was supposed to be free (included w/ room), she replied, "ain't nothing here free."

The pool was really pretty no lifeguards no restroom at pool area

With a truck it’s very hard to get into the parking spaces

The location was perfect and we enjoyed the stay..

Mold in the ceiling and hole in the wall in the bathroom.

Had to have my key reprogrammed 7 times in two days.

the lobby is pretty spacious and the beds are very comfortable.

my first room wasn’t cleaned but they did not hesitate to give me a new room. the new room was clean but a little dusty in the bathroom and my mini fridge was basically a freezer.

The lady who checked me in was nice.

No trash cans in the room, the man at the front desk wasn't welcoming, and I had to pay for my breakfast!!!!! Hilton confuses me.

The hotel staff was nice.

My room had water damage and the air conditioner was working properly. The Hilton needs to remodel this hotel.

lobby and staff was friendly and helpful

beds were not queen sized they were full size, pillows were small and flat, bed linen was not the typical down comforter that u are use to seeing when staying at a Hilton… the room did not reflect Hilton standards. torn wallpaper, cracks in ceiling, no ceiling lights, coffee/tea set didn’t have cups and such to make it usable.
