the location was fine

I couldn’t get the free wifi to work, sheets still had stains on them, and the water in the tub did quite get as hot as I would have liked it.

We didn't even try. Due to the bathroom situation.

The toilet backed up as we were getting ready to leave. It was 6 AM and the manager did all he could to help us with no staff present to back him up. He let us have a nearby room to clean up and get organized. It's bathtub faucet would only putout cold or very hot water. The mixing valve wasn't working. Couldn't take a bath due to no plug in the tube. What are the odds. Toilet in first room wasn't over filled. Problem was down stream of it.

The shower drain was cloged I had to clean it. The ac/heat unit was falling apart and filter was cloged

The Television lost signal a lot the lights went out but the generator picked up I seen a few roaches the housekeeper spray still was a few. I don't like the fact that when I checked out I wasn't checked out until the next Day. December 3 2022 at 10-11:00 the next day I was supposed to been checked that the Day but I checked out. Early The person at the front desk stated he didn't feel like doing the paperwork the reason why he didn't check me out the day of friday 2,2022 I was overcharged for a few more days I paid $704 for the room on November the 12th - Dec 3 was already payed for 704.00 dollars and checked out December the 2nd and was charged for December the 3rd which was the time I was supposed to be checked out and was overcharged $295 .00 dollars and still have not been reimbursed my money. I checked out early on Friday 12, 2022

Only thing I liked was the staff and location.

It has roaches and wasn’t very clean to me. Bedding and shower curtain was FILTHY.

Location and surveillance cameras

Quality of the hotel, refrigerator leaks, roaches, and water bugs inside the rooms. Door Quality insufficient and unsecure deadbolt lock broken. Couldn't get any quality sleep worried about the bugs crawling on my family and the weak quality doors. Red roof really needs to upgrade this facility before other establishments force their closures.
