The hotel was dirty, front desk was rude. Especially Sheryl or however you spell it. She was VERY VERY rude. Towels were dirty, linen was dirty, and hair all in the bottom of the tub and coming out the drain. But my family and I were still grateful to have a place to stay after driving 15 hours on our trip traveling to our new home. That was soon to be null, after waking up to a roach crawling at the foot of our bed, and after approaching Sheryl with the now killed roach wrapped in tissue and a photo of the roach alive asking for a refund after already complaining about the cleanliness of the room, linen, and towels, she quickly dismissed the situation with no sympathy. She didn’t even try to contact the manager, the corporate office or find any solution to settle our unease with the stay. She only replied with “ the manager will be back Monday “. So I will be waiting on that call. I have not forgotten. I will upload the photo Monday night if I still have yet to receive the call I was promised with a solution. !!!!STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL!!!!
