I guess the best thing was the complimentary breakfast.

staff was not friendly and hard to find. Whole hotel was dirty. The manager's reception did not even compare to other Embassy Suites we have stayed at. Long line to get a drink and the bar tender didn't take the drink tickets from the men in front of us. She told them she didn't need them from them, but snatched the tickets out of my daughter's hand. Never got a 2nd drink because we would have had to wait too long. Other Embassy Suites usual have a signature drink mixed up and ready to serve. Elevator floors look like they hadn't been cleaned in years. So sad for the price of the room.

The fact that the hotel was near the interstate was a plus.

Breakfast was served only till 9 am. A little early for our family. Elevators were slow.

The door in the room, which is advertised as a two-room suite, did not close. The sofa bed mattress was flat and flimsy.

The staff was rude. The elevators were slow. The rooms and some amenities were defective.

Family setting. separate rooms. Smaller bathroom but it worked. Two TV's so kids can watch their shows!

10 am Breakfast cut off time.

Staff, especially foodservice staff (Ms. Rhoda) were very kind and accommodating. Front desk staff were also friendly (although clearly understaffed. Breakfast was good, but same exact menu every day. Fruit was rancit..fizzed in the mouth, so it was so old, fermentation had begun.

Had to change rooms three times due to ants. Furniture is worn and dirty. Carpets in rooms need cleaning. No regular regimen of cleaning carpets seems to exist...only vacuuming.

I liked how friendly everyone was. There is a free breakfast and free drinks from 5 to 630.

I dont like that there are no vending machines to get snacks out of. There is a little store in the lobby to buy snacks but it's very pricey. I spent 5$ on some gummy snacks. When i went to pay for it, the line is the same as the check desk, and it took 20 mins just to pay for it.

It was about 20 minutes away from everything we were there to do. So relatively close to downtown— Children Museum & Zoo. The amount of space worked well traveling with little ones since the sleeping and living area was split up.

It seemed clean but just worn. The furniture was looking like it had seen better days.

There were lots of children running around unsupervised and being disruptive and loud.

Breakfast was excellent

The food was great. Lounge area wonderful and with plenty of quiet places to sit and talk.

Stairway not very clean the windows needed cleaning and there were a lot of cobwebs.

I like how quiet it was and how spacious the rooms are.

the property was great, the front desk white lady wasn’t very friendly! Having poor customer service can really ruin a business.

Staff super nice.

The hotel needs a serious deep clean. Fur balls in the halls. There were underwear and toys under our coach. The bathroom shower curtain had makeup on it. Some mysterious brown substance on the picture in our bathroom. Goldfish crackers sat in the elevator for 3 days! Kind of gross!

Suites were large with comfortable beds and nice tvs.

Rooms were very clean, beds were comfortable, and the bar had great food! Staff were friendly. The complimentary breakfast buffet had many options available. Would definitely stay here again.

Had 1 elevator broke.
