No smoking??? Why then when I walked into the hallway it's was heavy odor of pot, piss, and God knows what else. The sheets were not clean the room was not clean only one light worked and the shower no pressure. Was one of the worst rooms I ever stayed in.

Room was dirty, sunflower seeds on The floor. Hair in the bathtub. Opens the fridge and the freezer door came with it, and wouldn't shut again. The room was extremely hot. The door didn't catch, the extra lock was broke.

No toweks and blanket when asked for the. Staff was not freindly.Lamp shade broken and falling off wall. Some sleeper was all broken down. Bathroom door rush. Floor stripe going into bathroom loose I trip on it. BATHTUB WAS CLEAN AND PAINT ON WALLS NASTY AND KNOW DRESSER. .NOT HAPPY.

I liked that it was easy to find with gps. Unfortunately, there was very little to like with this trip. The staff that checked me out was niether reactive nor rude when I mentioned some concerns about my room. I forgot something in my room moments after my check-out and the staff was quick to respond and very helpful to hand me the room key.

It started with the gentleman who checked me in. I arrived at just past 2am and the guy was on his phone with, what seemed to be a personal call the whole time. My room included stained towels and pillowcases, someone else's hair in the shower, and at least one hole in one of the pillowcases. I felt unsettled to touch anything. The breakfast was very disappointing. I'm grateful for the two small pre-packaged muffins I was able to grab but the fruit looked old/dried out, there were no items in the fridges such as yogurts or milk, there was cereal pieces on the floor and the general feel/ look of it was on par with my room.

The room was spacious. It was an easy location with lots of shops and restaurants around it. The hotel felt semi-safe.

The amenities were not as described. The pool was not usable and that’s one of the main reasons why I booked the hotel as welll as the breakfast. The breakfast offering was absolutely pitiful, there was nothing good about it. There was one apple for fruit and it was rotting. The pancakes were smaller than a quarter. No pastries available. In the bread section, there was a bin with several options for different kinds of bread but only plan white sliced bread was available. Really, there was no breakfast at all.

place was filthy; elevator broken; busy with one worker present; no a/c; AND Booking.com was terrible- we were charged DOUBLE what the rate was the day we arrived. I should have taken photos but we literally turned around and left.
