Fair.

The cleanliness of the room was not up to par. There was a large drink spill on the wall behind the bedside table.

Breakfast was good. Room was good except for wet carpet. Location was great.

Carpet was wet in entrance way. We had to keep shoes on or socks would be soaked. We notified agent at front desk. No solution was offered. We were hoping for a different room. Also a discount would have been a nice gesture. ( not a solution but at least a recognition of the inconvenience)

It was nice on entry and breakfast area was clean and comfortable.

The policy said not smoking or cannabis and there was cannabis smoking going on in a room down our hallway and I’m allergic to smoke of any kind. Plus it’s a very unpleasant smell.

The bed was great and it was quiet.

The breakfast was just okay but not great. Electrical outlets were fewer than normal.

The hotel is starting to show its age..... The breakfast was modest and could be augmented.

regular beds were excellent

no dishes in unit at all. breakfast was lacking. eggs and sausage but pancake maker is broken. fruit was old. yogurt and coffee was fine the hide a bed was all springs

There is definitely a problem of cleanliness. We arrived on Sunday. The trash at the entrance was overspilling all over the place. Same thing inside the lobby. Our room wasn’t clean either and we asked to change for another.
