Nobody at the desk after 8 o'clock. And the coke machine didn't work.

Clean and nicely furnished hotel. Calm place. Good location to visit the area of Charlevoix.
Welcoming was cold and unfriendly. We had the feeling we disturbed. It was the same during all stay.
I was fully charged before the stay. This does not help splitting the costs with people I was traveling with.

The owner was very friendly and hospitable. The shower was large and the shower head and water pressure were terrific. A nice continental breakfast delivered to the room in the morning, based on the guests' selections.

Being able to open the windows for sea air was wonderfull instead of an air conditioner

our room was small but very cute. It had everything we needed and the cleanliness was impeccable. I have never had a room so immaculate, it felt like home. Breakfast was good but could have added a few more choices. The service was the best. I recommend it 100%. I booked the room with the view.

The rooms were super clean, the beds very comfortable as were the pillows. Located on a quiet street with several nice restaurants. I only dealt with the gentleman and not his wife and he was very nice and helpful. The breakfast was simple but generous with good coffee!

It was on a quiet quaint side street and the room was clean and spacious. The continental breakfast was very good and was prompt on delivery time to our room.
The AC was quite loud. Also, there was a surprise supplemental charge of 25$ per night for the pullout couch despite us having requested 2 beds and were given a room with only one.
