The room was spacious and clean, though you could tell its old building but it clean so im happy with our stay

Missing fridge and finishing touches in the room as we were the first clients to sleep in the newly finished room. But still very nice!

It was super clean! The room was renovated and beautiful.

The mattress were very stiff/hard, not enough pillows

We got in late, 8pm and trying to find something to eat was non existant. Wifi and internet TV was a great bonus.

The staff was great, the sheets were clean, tv screen was great, cable was available.

The coffee machine was not cleaned, the room was a little dusty,

Room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable. The air conditioner was fantastic and quiet.

The bathtub was slippery with no traction for feet and I had to take life an limb in my hands when getting out of it. The two remotes for the TV were most complicated. The room was not made up and the coffee was not replenished each day after arrival.

The staff was friendly and the location is ideal

The carpeting is a little outdated and some of details like tub, toiler seats etc would need an up great. A light in, near or above the shower aswell, during the evening it was very dark. And the spa tub would need a deep cleaning in the jets.

smell was awful , rented a room with queen bed , I booked last December , told me when I got there they had no more . also the beds were very uncomfortable . no coffee , no hairdryer, told me they had ordered them but didn’t receive them. was called a week before , wanted to get full payment . we were suppose to pay on arrival. !!

The room was "clean" but clearly this motel is not maintained very well. Advertised as having a mini fridge, but none in room. Management gave us a key to another room to get a fridge ourselves to transfer to our room. Later go to take a shower and the shower faucet handle is busted. Asked manager to fix or give us another room. We are told they are fully booked, cannot switch rooms but told the handle has been broken for 5 years and will replace next week (yeah, right), for now just pull on the rod that handle connects to and told "it still works". Next day try to vent the room to get fresh air and the window crank handle is busted so have to try and close window by hand. Too many things falling apart. Also no smoke detector as it's been removed from its ceiling mount. Unfortunately paid $700 for 5 nights and on the final night the toilet will no longer flush as mechanism inside the toilet is old and falling apart and no water shut-off valve handle for the toilet.
