I stay at this location every other year for an event, and it's always amazing! Clean, bright, and comfortable quiet rooms! I particularly enjoy the walking trail connected to the property and the fact that I can walk to multiple restaurants nearby,

I cannot think of anything I did not like about this facility. I searched my memory and could not think of anything that did not meet my expectations. Memories of past stays also prove void of negative things tied to this property,

The room was clean and comfortable. The shower had great pressure and temperature was good.

Wish there would have been a table in the room and I thought breakfast was included.

The staff wasn't helpful when we arrived, our door wasn't working and they guy said call maintenance. Dude, I don't work here.

Was a but early arriving and was permitted to check in about 45 minutes before designated time. Desk staff was friendly and cheerful. Very close to a lot of shopping and an easy drive to the farm show complex.

Pillows although fluffy were unsupportive on the neck. Bed was a bit hard, but I have slept on worse!

I booked thru booking.com And the front desk was unaware of free breakfast .. They had to bill the room then deduct it.. From a hospitality background, I think there's an easier way to do that. Also in the evening jacuzzi was filled with toddlers.. I'm sure there is no way to notice that, but after a long day a nice jacuzzi hot tub would be a way to end the day... but instead straight to bed.

Close to Hershey Park. There are two pools which kept my kids occupied when we returned to the hotel. Staff was extremely accommodating. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The breakfast was not good, not tasty, we had to return the plate full of food and we were even forced to pay, we didn't want to argue, the waitress who has been working there for 16 years didn't allow us to eat, she kept looking at us at what we were eating, she interrupted and asked to take the dishes, it was oppressive The lobby is outdated, the armchairs are old, all the pillows are squashed, it's a shame we didn't slide in to show it, the pool closed early and didn't open early
