One cannot beat this hotel for its location. It has attached parking where you can leave the garage several times and not be charged extra.

We took part in the Saturday brunch. It was nice, but the waitress was clearly overwhelmed by how busy it was (restaurant was not half full). It took so long to get check, we charged it to our room. The room didn’t have a fridge, but there was an ice machine near our room. Pillows were not great.

When we checked.were told our resurvation was cancelled.we were told we had to contact booking.com to have it reversed.took foreverto find aphone # to call.when we did get a hold of someone we were told our reservation was still live.took awhile but she gave us anew confermation# that worked.we were in the system the whole time.if they had tryed they would have found it.they had me do their job for them.the next day we left early for the day.we got back and found the room had not been made up.called housekeeping and was told that we needed to call 24 hours in advance for housekeeping services have never heard anything so screwed up in my life.will never stay there or at any hilton again

There was a little mold in the bathroom. It was difficult to get out of the ramp.

close to convention center. great restaurant options (Starbucks, steakhouse and casual dining). good food. room walls thin, could hear neighbors up all night. building historic and quaint.

EXPERIENCE WAS GOOD

The bed and pillows were comfortable. The room size was good and bathroom nicely appointed. I liked that there were three options for food. The pub served reasonably priced meals and had a good atmosphere.

The room could have been a bit cleaner. There were marks on the mirror, dust on a shelf, no back on TV remote. The breakfast was a bit overpriced for the offerings.

We had to wait for our room for 15-20 minutes, so our representative gave us complimentary breakfast for the following morning. That was very kind.

An Army Veteran discount would have been nice.

Room service/housekeeping policy of not cleaning every day/cleaning only when requested. Elevators are efficient and don't need passkey like newer hotels. Parking & eating able to be put on room bill.

Air conditioning was a bit noisy. Breakfast selection was the same every day and pastries could have been better quality.

It was very nice clean luxurious!! My husband is disabled they assisted in easier accommodations

I had an employee who didn’t know how to do her job, she tried to double charge me

The price was astronomical for a very basic room with a VERY uncomfortable bed.

the hotel is very nice.

my bedsheets had blood in it. the rug by the nightstand was soaking wet. Has to put some wash towels on it so I wouldn’t feel the wetness. We were to tired the night we arrived, and we just wanted to go to bed. That’s why we didn’t call the front desk.
