The location and the rooms were good
Paid parking - the condo should come with the parking included. It is silly to go each day to the lobby to use the pay machine to pay for parking. The bathroom could use some maintenance (door was not closing well and shower head needs some improvement).

The unit had an unpleasant odor so we had to buy a cented candle to burn.

Good location, nice place, and decent amenities (bike storage, pool/hot tub).
We had to check in at a different hotel. I didn't know this for the first hour, so I ended up walking around the whole place trying to find a reception area, before calling the number and finally having them pick up (tried 2x previously).
I was given a laundry list of rules, and told there is bike storage on level P2. Level P2 doesn't exist, but rather in the P level there is a gate labeled P2. An hour of searching the hotel we finally found that. We had to pay for parking in an empty garage, which I thought was kind of strange, but otherwise stay was fine.

The apartment was very comfortable, spacious and clean. The balcony is too small to use and there is no furniture.
The pool had no towels and there were no pool towels in the room either. I would rate the pool and area as just average.

Available for us. We need to wait 1.5 hr for the room to get cleaned. The front desk was apologetic and keep saying that we will be compensated but no compensation happened. Also the front desk is in another building so if you need toilet tissue or shampoo you have to get it on your own-get out of the building and drive for 3mins. I would not recommend this property at all of ever go back.

Literally not enough room to walk around the bed in the bedroom. No a/c in the bedroom. Bikes have to be left in a communal storage room (at a mountain bike resort! Same rules for skis in the winter!). No staff on site, pick up keys from some other hotel. "Free shuttle" didn't exist. No guarantee of a parking space, even after paying $100 for one! Bed was awful, soft and hot. Whole hotel was so much hotter even than being outside in the sun. Just awful.

Got locked out of apartment on last day in my pyjamas! Changed the code before the check out time. Shame no staff in the building - I was looking at having to get to the other building in my bare feet in order to get back into the apartment!

The location is good, very close to lifts at blackcomb.
The room had a strong smell (cigarettes?) and wasn't very clean (mold around windows and food splatter on walls)

Pool and sauna were closed at the property, while they were open at other hotels. Ski locker couldn't be open with the code was provided. I reported the issue and was told that it would be fixed, but it wasn't, so I kept the ski in my car.

Pool was closed. This was not communicated when booking. we specifically booked a hotel with a pool in the middle of summer. Also, no A/C available in this unit. We asked for a unit with A/C. We saw other units with an A/C.

We booked the place because we like sitting on the balcony we could not because covered with weeds very disappointed was our anniversary no washer or dryer paid for parking no one told us it was free in front of the hotel
