Well laid out unit. Good location.

Dripping water from AC next door unit kept us awake at night. Need to get Strata committee to address with next door unit.

The apartment was very comfortable, spacious and clean. The balcony is too small to use and there is no furniture.

The pool had no towels and there were no pool towels in the room either. I would rate the pool and area as just average.

When we arrived the room was not clean, bed was not made, dirty kitchen, garbages on the floor washroom was dirty too. I called the front desk to switch us with another room, but said that no room i Available for us. We need to wait 1.5 hr for the room to get cleaned. The front desk was apologetic and keep saying that we will be compensated but no compensation happened. Also the front desk is in another building so if you need toilet tissue or shampoo you have to get it on your own-get out of the building and drive for 3mins. I would not recommend this property at all of ever go back.

Literally not enough room to walk around the bed in the bedroom. No a/c in the bedroom. Bikes have to be left in a communal storage room (at a mountain bike resort! Same rules for skis in the winter!). No staff on site, pick up keys from some other hotel. "Free shuttle" didn't exist. No guarantee of a parking space, even after paying $100 for one! Bed was awful, soft and hot. Whole hotel was so much hotter even than being outside in the sun. Just awful.

Location was good. Nice to have laundry in the building. Hot tub was good.

Could use a couple extra towels and blankets, especially if family of 4.

Got locked out of apartment on last day in my pyjamas! Changed the code before the check out time. Shame no staff in the building - I was looking at having to get to the other building in my bare feet in order to get back into the apartment!

The location is good, very close to lifts at blackcomb.

The room had a strong smell (cigarettes?) and wasn't very clean (mold around windows and food splatter on walls) The toilet needed repair. The system for booking the hot tub was annoying, and the pool was closed in the evenings and in the mornings... ?? THIS IS NOT A HOTEL, it is a private apartment building.

property was really nice all furniture and extras in excellent condition, it was clean and very comfortable/homely.

Location. Steps away to the Blackcomb gondola base. Relatively spacious room. Sufficiently stocked.

Underground parking at additional $16-17/night. Swimming pool was advised but not available.

Property was understaffed so they were not able to drop off a few basic items (extra sheets and garbage bags) at our room.

Lack of A/C. Very cramped parking.

The room had all the amenities that we needed and was spacious and clean.

There was no airconditioning

We tried calling the front desk over and over and left messages to get extended checkout and nobody answered or called back. The gym was closed and we weren't informed of that prior to booking our at check in.

Pool and sauna were closed at the property, while they were open at other hotels. Ski locker couldn't be open with the code was provided. I reported the issue and was told that it would be fixed, but it wasn't, so I kept the ski in my car.

Pool was closed. This was not communicated when booking. we specifically booked a hotel with a pool in the middle of summer. Also, no A/C available in this unit. We asked for a unit with A/C. We saw other units with an A/C.

We booked the place because we like sitting on the balcony we could not because covered with weeds very disappointed was our anniversary no washer or dryer paid for parking no one told us it was free in front of the hotel
