Location good. Breakfast excellent. Check in and out easy.
Place is old and run down. Arrived on a cold day and no heat on in the room and house. Quite chilly. Took a long while to warm up with small baseboard heater. It was early May and off season. Surprised as the place did not live up to the rating we saw online. Needs work.

Cute, little homey place in the most adorable town. our hosts were amazing, the breakfast was perfect and our time here was exactly what we needed.

Beautiful historical inn, very clean and comfortable. Friendly, attentive couple running the inn. They prepared an incredible breakfast, lovely presentation.

As stated by another guest I also don't understand why this place is rated ao highly. carpets needing vacuuming. Breakfast was variable - good egg dish and French toast one day, big dry waffle with fruit the other. No offers of a second piece of toast or anything other than what was served. No heating in the dining room. Tv was a 32inch, too small and no cable chanels.
Beds very soft. Lacks a welcoming and convivial atmosphere .

Lovely older building renovated as an inn. Very close to downtown. Several nice sitting areas in the building and probably outside if it was warmer. Room was good sized. Internet was good. Bathroom very clean.
We didn't realize it operates as a bed and breakfast and we were unable to stay until breakfast was served. The owner offered muffins and juice but we had to leave before he was able to get it to us.

Location, parking, wifi, cleanliness, breakfast were all quite good
Bed (king, room 1) was a bit soft, producng some back discomfort. Odd step up/down into large bathroom a bit difficult to negotiate during the night.

Owner were very nice and helpful and gave great recommendations. Also there is a map with information in the room. House and room is tastefully decorated and room was immaculate clean. Private parking space and very central (only 20 metres) to Main Street. Homecooked, very delicious breakfast in dining room. Highly recommend Inn at Frederick
