Great area and view. A C did not work right. Floors were noisey. Smelled a little moist. Easy walk to cool areas and eats. Great porch overlooking water.

We loved the location which was right on the waterfront and was close to all the shops and restaurants.
The only complaint we had was the bathroom which had a very low toilet in a very small space which would make it very difficult for anyone with mobility issues to navigate. It also did not have grabbars for the tub/shower combo.
I mentioned these concerns to reception and these owners have owned the hotel for a short time and there are plans to remodel the bathrooms.
My husband and I would absolutely stay there again.

Beautiful property, the room was clean. The only negative was the bathroom was extremely small, our room was on the lower level.

Well the room price was $250 Cdn per night with every room having a sea view. The scenery was excellent and very convenient for walking to restaurants etc. The front outside of the hotel looks well kept and in good condition. The back of the hotel not so much. The steel entry door into our room was in very bad shape and needs a serious effort at repair. Door sticks and the sea air has wrecked havoc on it.
Inside the room it’s just old and tired. Multiple stains on the carpet make it look dirty

The location is excellent. Very close to downtown and the views off the deck are breathtaking. The front desk person was very efficient and friendly. She makes you feel welcome and that she appreciates you staying there.

This property is quite old and rundown. The room had terrible lighting and insufficient electrical outlets. The interior and exterior doors didn't close well unless deadbolted. The bathroom was tiny. However, the room was clean. The location along the main street is very convenient. Shops and restaurants are just a couple blocks away.

The view was great from our room and there was a deck so we could sit and enjoy it with our evening coffee. The restaurants are all in walking distance.
