I loved the atmosphere and my kids loved the water park

I liked everything about our stay. But a suggestion would be to include a dairy free yogurt and more allergy friendly items during the breakfast that is included.

Helpful reception. Friendly staff, very well maintained, attractive property. We will be repeat guests.

Great location! Rooms were nice, we had a great size room, they also brought us a crib. The staff was friendly and very helpful! Kids enjoyed the waffle machine at breakfast. Nice lobby. Totally forgot to check out the pantry, it's kind of tucked away and didn't notice it.

We didn't realize that the pool area had limited swim hours. They only have 1 pool where the water slides dump out, and if the slides are on there's no swimming. The Majority of our stay was open slide hours, and you had to sign up ahead of time to use the area. We had a 2 year old that just wanted to swim and couldn't due to slides being on. Made for a difficult time as the older kids wanted to do the slides, but the youngest was bored with watching. They did have a toddler area that she loved but grew bored with. The toddler play area was a little dirty considering they close it down twice a day for cleaning... and we were there on a Wednesday in March..not busy. Also, water was pretty chilly!! Brrr

The continental breakfast was excellent, the staff on hand was awesome, they clean every station, it was my first time I see that the staff cleans everything to make sure that you do not get dirty. I recommande this hotel.

It was not what we did not like; we were disappointed that the slide were not working. Motor problem.

Too many rules for the water park

The breakfast was very good and there were plenty of options to choose from. Everyone enjoyed the breakfast. The make your own waffles was a very big hit with everyone.

I liked the proximity of the Hampton to everything. The room was spacious. The pool area was clean.

The remote for the TV didn't work. There was no swimming pool only the slides and you has to sign up even to free swim. The breakfast didn't have fruit.

It is a nice Hotel. Rooms are very comfortable and also very spacious, the water park is very good. Breakfast is well provided but I missed some cheese, fruits like berries, watermelon and melon, and granola to eat with yogurt.

I now we have a work labor crise right now in The USA and it is difficult to hire people specially on Summer, I just hope the Hotel hires more people to work on cleaning, specially cleaning the rooms. That lady was alone in our floor and she looked very tired, the rooms need more meticulous cleaning.

Loved the friendly staff and the breakfast.

Ac didn't work first night and pool time was really hard. We like to soak in the jacuzzi before bed but we never know when we will be back for the night.

The water park was closed for the night and it’s not stated anywhere that you only get hour time slots completely not worth the money to stay there.

Water park area was was not as advertised and most of the time it was closed. To use the slides you have to register for the time slot in advance and can only use the slides/ pool for one hour at a time. Very disappointed. Hotel is good otherwise.

Watersides and spaciousness of rooms and bed

We stayed for Easter and woke up Easter morning with plastic eggs filled with candy outside of our door! The kids were thrilled. Then we went down to breakfast and there was a huge egg hunt and the bunny showed up. It was above and beyond and we really enjoyed it.

We love this hotel. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The breakfast is fabulous, they have many tasty options. The kids love the different choices for breakfast. The cleaning staff was incredibly helpful and attentive.

The water park is getting run down. The heating vent system in the water park is stained and torn. The pool deck felt slimy and the pools seemed like they needed a deep clean. Many of the over head lights in the pool area were burnt out or flickering.
