A huge room with a hot tub and enormous comfortable bed. Very convenient indeed. The only reason I haven't rated the staff and facilities is because I arrived late and left early so didn't actually meet anybody! Very good value. A great night's sleep and right in the centre of town, close to excellent restaurants, bars, and attractions.

Large clean and comfortable room with king size bed. Very friendly and helpful staff. I was able to extend my stay twice at the same rate I was charged by booking.com even though it was a weekend. Great central location within easy walking distance to shop and restaurants. Easy parking.
Bathroom had very little shelf space.

stayed in cottage(18)instead of main house and the wifi was a very poor connection.

The room was cozy and well decorated. We had a thru-the-wall air conditioner which was required for New England weather. The gas stove for heating was a nice touch but we never needed it- room was warm and with the windows open always comfortable. Hot water was great, coffee maker was great, location is as good as it gets if you're in town for a visit. We would definitely visit again.
Very odd that the check-in and staff services were still covid-restricted. It's a shame. The drains in the bathroom were slow, concernedly so, but they always ended up draining, thank God. The bathroom needs a vanity or side table for things - even I, the guy, found that lacking.

property was clean and extremely convenient to the center of town. it was the best place so far that we have stayed at.
the A/C did not work but not a deal breaker. the love seat needs to be trashed and replaced. most uncomfortable seats I have ever sat in. with that said everything else was great.

The room was perfect size, and very clean. The location was perfect for walking through town. Definitely the best pick for location, price, staff, and room ambiance.

Lovely warmly decorated room and clean bath. Excellent location. Nice little frig and good coffee. Very comfy.
