Clean, comfortable room

Beware of room 221 West. Booked online, room has an obstructed view. The view was obstructed by the restaurant roof, and the air conditioners. Asked for a better room, and was willing to pay for the upgrade. I was told it was not available. Very disappointing when you book a room with a water view.

It's in a good location. The view was beautiful. I'm booking a room again the first of May.

There was no breakfast - we were told granola bars but that’s not breakfast. And even at that - one morning - there were no more granola bars.

The pool could have been working . I understand with the hurricane. And the breakfast was not a breakfast at all

Good breakfast, clean and comfortable room.

Power went out shortly after we arrived for over an hour. We weren’t able to shower after being on the road all day on a motorcycle and the room was uncomfortably warm without working AC . After electricity restored the only concern was the noise from other hotel guests getting ice and dragging coolers early in the morning. The rooms did not keep out sound very well and we were woke up frequently.

Booking went smooth. Room was clean, except for the floor.

Worn and sub par appointments. Bed was uncomfortable. Doors did not shut properly.

The room was clean, the location was great. We were right on the river.

Only that the pool was not open because of the hurricane. It was not on the web site that the pool was closed.

No breakfast although it was booked with breakfast, no real current in the shower and water are not really hot. The mattress is too soft. They don’t make the room every day, which is weird for a 180$ a night room.

Location

Due to hurricane no pool and no breakfast available, which I understand but must be communicated in advance. Worst is rooms not ready at 4 pm. Another guests was told at 1 30 ropm is ready in 1 hour at 5 pm he still waited. Receptionist said she want to rent only to locals. Great Statement in the Tourismus Industry. Service a no go.

Awesome waterfront view, you can enjoy all day long the amenities. You don't have to take your vehicle to travel around. There is an accessible "Water Taxi" right there at their deck, super economical for $15 each person all day long (so you can go back as many times you want during their ride hours. Kids are free of charge up to 5 years old. Each ride last 1.30 hours and make 4 stops in different places around the river and you can either go to Downtown, or other places to enjoy restaurants with live music and other views. First stop at the BW Hotel is at 12:40pm and last dropped off at 7:40pm. (6 stops during the day at the BW Hotel). So, if you really want to enjoy to the fullest the sunset, make sure you are at the deck at 6:20pm so you don't miss their last ride of the day and you can return at 7:40pm to your hotel destination. 😀 Then, you can eat at "The 3 Frishermen Restaurant" located at the Best Western Hotel, which is exceptional. You can eat indoors or outdoors with music and live music during the weekends. Their price and food is excellent and that is why we loved staying there, because you don't have to worry about going anywhere else. Just stay and relax all day enjoying the gorgeous views and sunset while you're there. It is family oriented, pet friendly (even at the restaurant), and super romantic for a couple to enjoy and relax. Next time, we will definitely bring our children and extended family there to make more unforgettable memories. 😍

People smoking Marijuana at their balconies that you can smell it so strong if you don't like the smoking smell. Nasty as heck for us, and they need more security to do walking around so they can avoid that type of things, if they want to keep it as family oriented, especially if you have children. We got a huge room on the 5th floor and the cleaning could be done better. Specifically at the bathroom, I saw hair stuck on the faucet from previous guests. Other than that we were very pleased.

View was. The bathroom had No ventilation so the tiles were always wet. The cleanliness of the room was not great
