Das Personal am Nightdesk war sehr nett und professionell, hat uns sehr geholfen. Unkompliziert und schnell. Klimaanlage ist nagelneu und funktioniert super. Betten sind auch okay.

The night attendant and housekeeper pleasant people that always asked if you needed something they put their concerns to the bottom of the lift and put yours first was the impression I got

That I had to leave and go home instead of being catered to. The biggest thing I like the most is that the housekeepers didn't bang on your door wanting to know if you were there or not they paid attention to who came and went and came and took care of the room at your convenience. It was so comfortable I just can't say enough about what a wonderful experience I had

The breakfast was good the location was excellent the staff was very friendly

The rooms could use some updating and new air conditioning units. Our unit was not cooling the room down at all

The service from the front desk was great. Even when the GPS gave the wrong directions & got lost, we called, got dictations & were met by flashlight directing us to the place to come( beautiful). Close to my favor eating places & in walking distance. Thanks

the staff were helpful and allowed me to stay in the lobby for a stable internet connection, then switched me to another room when one was available.

continental breakfast was promised but coffee and bagel was all that was served. the internet did not work in room 215. it works for the other half of the building.

Way overpriced for this type of hotel…Very run down and not taken care of lock to our room did not work definitely will not be staying at one of your hotels again …I’ve never left a review for anything before felt I had to this place is disgusting
