The pool was well maintained and warm. Good hours.
Toilet paper holder falling off the wall in the room. Tissues in the room had a strange line through them.

I liked the new breakfast items of the low sugar yogurt. Others did too cause they ran out. Would like to see whole grain bagels and plain Greek yogurt. Liked the location since it is close to Tanglewood, Stockbridge, the Norman Rockwell Museum, etc. And, the chocolate chip cookies.

We loved the location. The staff was extremely friendly. We did not have breakfast there. The rooms were very clean. We enjoyed our stay very much.

The price seemed expensive for a Hampton in on a weeknight. We were overcharged initially upon check in but the hotel corrected the issue a day later but the corrected price was still 10.00 more than what Booking.com quoted our total price to be.

Breakfast was a bit dry; it lacked fresh fruit and the oatmeal ran out at 9 am. Miniature pool. No body lotion in the bathroom. Tiny shampoo/conditioner.

No fault of hotel or staff but the people staying in room next to us were yelling and slamming their door well into the wee hours of the morning, so we did not get good rest at all.
