Great location, friendly staff, very clean hotel.

The price hike for Saturday night was very expensive on Booking.com. I should have gone through the hotel. :(

The front desk associates were friendly. The gym space was nice, and I’m glad the spa was working-nice and hot!

Walking into the hotel the rugs were very dirty. In the room, the paint was chipping in everything, the bathroom wasn’t super clean(urine staining on base of toilet, what looked to be crusted bloody booger on picture frame above toilet, what I’m hoping was coffee splattered on the ceiling above fridge/microwave.) The bedsheet didn’t fully cover the mattress, there didn’t appear to be a mattress protector, and I could feel the springs through the mattress.

Location was great to Jiminy Peak, along with another ski resort that was 5 minutes away. Loved the room with the king sized bed, nonsmoking floors. Complimentary coffee during breakfast hours, the pool and hot tub were clean, customer service was great, check-in and check-out were quick =) Complimentary wifi and outdoor parking.

breakfast was not included. wish the coffee was complimentary all day -- I think I stayed at a similar property and there was complimentary coffee all day at the very least. The main restaurant's entrees (Jae's) was a bit pricey overall, and the kid options were iffy and not very healthy (my son ordered cheeseburger sliders, but they came with shredded carrot and radish salad with greens (not a typical salad) instead of an actual cooked vegetable dishj (which my son would have ate). Also that cost 19.99$, 3/4 of the bento box went uneaten. I wanted grilled salmon for my child, which my son would have eaten, but that was not an option for the kid's menu. There was a main dish on the menu with salmon options (salmon teriyaki bento, i think) but that would have cost $24.95. My son ended up sharing the Thai Drunken Noodle with me (which was $17.95 and I didn't mind that, but I totally wasted the money on the kids menu). There was also listings of bento boxes on the menu (like spicy pork) that sounded delicious but they were only available for lunch =/ anyway, im aware ppl can have differing opinions about what's good on a menu or not..this can be solved by eating elsewhere other than the hotel. But we had decided to eat a bit late... and was not sure if any other places were open at the time.

Pool was great, location was excellent, Jae’s breakfast was yummy.

Our fridge was broken and we lost all of our food. I called down to desk and couldn’t get anyone. I went down and nobody was there. maybe on break.. bummer. I didn’t have time to deal with it the next day as we were in a hurry.

Large, comfortable room. Nice lobby.

Price. No plastic cups for bathroom.

The room was ready. The hot tub and pool area was super clean. The restaurant was on site.

The whole hotel was very nice and our room was especially great. It was so spacious, even the bathroom, which was well appointed and conveniently set up. We ate at Jae's on our second night and the food was great. It was especially nice not to have to leave the hotel for dinner as the weather was cold and rainy that evening. I would love to stay here again to check out even more of the Berkshires on another trip!
