Cleanliness & was given queen size bed when I paid for king. When trying to move me, I noticed fridge and microwave were located in the bathroom. There was also mold around tub and on walls.

I didn't know there was breakfast.

The fan in the bathroom was loud and the heating unit was loud.

Room was large, bed was firm, sheets and towels were clean. room had a working microwave and mini fridge. air conditioning was loud, but worked. The only staff I saw was the desk manager. He was friendly and helpful.

There was no breakfast, nothing nearby, not even a coffeemaker in the room. there were mysterious stains on the badly painted, textured wall. Room had no exterior window. Floors were slimy - had been mopped, but not dried. The faucet was loose. Counter wasn't clean. There were vending machines outside my room, but only for snacks, ice, cold drinks - again, no coffee, no breakfast or "healthy" food. I came out in the morning to look for food, and a guy was dropped off by a driver, starting talking to me about squirrels and cashews - seemed drunk! I walked to the office and the front of the hotel to avoid letting him in or showing where my room was. I felt a little unsafe.

There was no breakfast and the place wasn’t cleaned at all the hallway smelled like pees

More housekeeping and provide better service for the customers cause the place smells like pees so bad

Old and needs to be updated. The rug in front of the refrigerator was soaking wet with who knows what. Our socks were wet just from stepping on it once. We had to put a towel on the rug to walk on.The toilet seat was broken.

Place is horrible and dirty. There was mold in the bathroom

The location is awful. Staff was very unprofessional. Other guests came up to us as we arrived telling us not to stay because it was infested with bed bugs and roaches. The carpets were soaking wet. The bathroom floor had missing tile pieces. There was food splatters on the wall. The whole atmosphere was very shady.

Everything, the place was disgusting.

lobby is not available to enter, they make you wait on a porch that is cold and uninviting and smelled of a strong disinfectant. Made me want to cancel my reservation and leave.

my room was really close to the door to go outside, bed was white and clean and comfortable

bathroom could have been much cleaner, and one of the outside doors FOB doesn’t work with card
