Need to send health inspectors to check that place

The room was filthy. The bed had blood stains on it. Broken glasses on the floor and the bathroom had shaved hair on the floor and sink

There was trash outside of most rooms, the lawn was unmowed, and many of the rooms were in gutted or acute disrepair. There were swarms of flies? I was accosted by people on drugs. The staff spoke poor English and refused to give me any fresh linens over the 9 days I was there. The situation was totally unacceptable.

The sheets and the towels were full of stains. The blankets had holes in them. The neighborhood is quite sketchy. Also very noisy, you can practically hear people talking/screaming all night. I would not recommend unless you're really desperate

washroom is not clean and stinky

The rooms were basic but clean. In a great location and the owner/staff are super friendly. If you are looking for a budget accommodation with spacious rooms, and not far from downtown Montreal, then this would be a great option.

The place is completely different from what is shown in the pictures. When we arrived the room we had booked was not available which is absurd since that is the reason we booked. The rooms have a musty smell, there is little light, the beds are in bad condition and the place is not clean

I like the white sink after I cleaned all the black mold off it with toilet paper and water. The job I did was much better than the overly large gentleman with no shirt on sweating Perfusely while cleaning the rooms

Here is my longlet. The leaking fridge that wouldn't keep anything cold and and Leaking water all over the floor, The 19" tube TV from the sixties that made a loud screeching noise and And the exercise I got because they had no remote. The air Conditioner that made a super loud noise. The raggedy beds from the 2nd hand storeThat we didn't dare get under the covers in fear of getting Something far worse than Covid 19 . Otherwise everything was quite horrible. The large heaps of garbage in front of the rooms.

I have nothing to say because me and my family not comfortable staying in the motel. The bedding’s not clean enough. Lot’s of hair in the bedding that grossed us up.

Only thing I liked before I knew of this place was that it was available but I wouldn’t stay even if it was free

Upon arrival of location I checked in paid with card at 12 mid night I walked in room with wife and the accommodations were horrendous with hair on bed smell of sweat a sheet and unwash pillow cases there were condom wrappers behind the bed floor was dirty mice droppings on the floor mind you this was a smoke free room because the clerk in the front asked which room would I prefer . When I spoke to the property manager / owner he just got out a argument with another guest that was unpleased with the room as well and I was waiting to speak to the owner before all this commotion I stood there waiting when I spoke to him after he was dealing with another guest and I tell them that I want to cancel he tells me I have to charge you for the first night but I can refund you the second night. I find that ridiculous when trying to speak to the individual who refused to tell me their name mind you this isn’t in the front office where we are across the desk this is literally outside the front door this is a hustle for this owner of the establishment I was already feeling as I was been con and swindled . I tell him why are you leaving I want my refund he tells me that I have to go and look at the room 137 the one where I was canceling for refund I say ok lets go see it since you make it seem as if it isnt true. I head towards my car get inside right about 30 ft away from us where we argued I see a lady with rags coming from the direction of the rooms where we were as if she was trying to cover the mess she gets in the car with him I drive ahead and parked outside room 137 the owner followed me and parked aside and we walk in he tells me that he doesn’t see anything wrong the bed sheets were organized again I’ve noticed I find that odd .

The place is a horrible dump!!!!

They don’t clean the rooms. The bathroom is Absolutely disgusting!!! The bedding is stained and never washed.
