The rooms were spacious and the extra living area made getting the baby down for bed incredibly easier. The reception time with complimentary snacks and drinks was lovely and unique. The staff was friendly and responsive. Food and breakfast couldn't have been better. We became an Embassy Suite family after this trip.

Breakfast closed at 9 on the weekdays. Felt rushed with the kids one day. They stopped replacing the food around 8:45. I felt this could've been extended to 9:30 at least.

I like the hotel but they Charged me 20 USD that where supposed to be a refund and they didnt refund it.

I didn't like that they did not charge what i had on my confirmation and Booking also charged me the same amount!!! I have a double charge.

Very clean. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. The room was very spacious.

The location and the staff were excellent. The staff was very friendly and while we were there only one night and did not eat dinner or breakfast there the bar staff was very quick, friendly, and accomodating. We were able to get a ride from the shuttle at 4:30am and that was very helpful.

The rooms were clean, but slightly outdated in decor. The TV in our room was missing the remote control, I could not find it anywhere. The laminate flooring in the bathroom had some minor gaps. Overall it was a nice clean, quiet room but for $200 a night I thought I needed to provide context for others.

Everything! The bed was comfortable, the food was great, the staff was so friendly! Will definitely stay here again. Loved that we could see the planes taking off and coming in but never heard them! My kids loved this hotel, too.

The pool tiles need a good scrubbing, as well as the pool room needing to be updated, but really it wasn't a bother and we had fun anyway.

There was someone’s bra in our bathroom, nasty looking substances on the bedroom door like looked like blood or poop, and there was no conditioner in the bathroom
