We really appreciated the quite floor. We traveled over 12 hours so it was nice to have the quite space. The rooms were very clean. My wife had some work to complete and it was the best having a Queen suite with a set up for her.

There wasn’t any non-dairy milk options. We aren’t very picky, but we do prefer plant based milk. It’s a time where cows milk was everything, but having a plant based option would be great.

All of the staff were nice and the property was very clean and well maintained. The location is close to Walmart and other stores as well as different restaurants.

It is a good distance from downtown city of Detroit, and the pillows might’ve been a little too soft where you sink all the way down to the bed when you lay down. Overall, I don’t have any major dislikes.

Got woke up way before check out by house keeping asking if I was checking out? Check out is not till 10:30 they knocked at like 9

We were a little late for breakfast, I would have liked it to have been offered a little longer. The gentleman who was managing breakfast got more fresh coffee for us and provided what he could, but we missed the hot breakfast. We appreciated his kindness and friendliness!

Breakfast could have been offered a little longer. 11 would be perfect but even 10 woujd have helped us out! Also, I recommend a special offering of some kind for honors members. Kudos to manager Ray who went above and beyond in the customer service department!

The pool was frrrreeeeeezing cold and the whirlpool was not working properly

The amenities were in great shape and available. The complementary breakfast was excellent. The room was clean and comfortable.

The staff helped us with what ever we needed! Showed us around where the pool ,eating area was located! We enjoyed our stay! Very clean!!!

Everything met my expectations the rooms were beautiful and spacious, the staff was friendly and helpful I would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

Absolutely no complaints!

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. My only complaint was the walls were thin so I could hear surrounding sounds. Otherwise, I love the location and my overall stay was great.

Thin walls so I could hear sounds all around me. It was hard to sleep in with all the noise going on.

The fact they lost my booking, then told me I canceled my booking, after I showed an email that i didn't. The fact they didnt even try to accommodate me, the fact I paid double what I should have for a room that was not worth it. The bathroom door was hanging off the hinge & drug across the floor. Half the outlets didn't work. My girls had to do their hair in the dining area. There was a bullet hole in the window. Yes a bullet hole, on the inside. We have only stayed at Homewoods for over 7 yrs now, we travel quite frequently, this was by far the worst experience, with the worst accommodations we have ever stayed at

The king suite was very comfortable, with the convenience of having a kitchenette. It was nice to have a pool, as I had my granddaughter with me. The breakfast served was very good, with a good variety of food to choose from. My granddaughter was pleased with all the staff, even handed out bracelets she made while there.

The pool water could have been a little warmer. I was hit by the surprise of being charged a security deposit for the room. It was never mentioned when I contacted the hotel.

We were surprised to see a fully stocked kitchen, dishes, silverware pots and pans ect. Even though we didn't use them it was nice to see the options if we wanted to cook in the room. We had a 1 bedroom suite and I liked that each room had it's own thermostat.

Not enough towels. We had to wait until late afternoon to get clean towels.
