La piscine n’était pas entretenue.

I had to cancel the stay at the front desk as they did not have electric vehicle charging stations which were listed as features at the accommodation.

Location - breakfast included.
That’s about it.
No parking over vehicles with trailers.
Was told to park on the lot next door - did not feel comfortable keeping it in a place with bad lighting and no security cameras.
Did not like the bed - mattress was uncomfortable, body dents from aging, etc.

Staff was helpful and friendly. Room was clean and bed was comfy.

Front desk was top notch, we arrived late and they kept the pool open so my little man could go swimming

Location is close to highway, out of downtown, close to various chain restaurants
AC was a little weird, and loud periodic thumping somewhere in the building made it hard to fall asleep

There was nothing good about this room.
When we got to the room it smelled strongly of cleaning solutions and was as cold in the room as outside! (and it was -12c out). We turned the heat on and it came out very weakly...only half the heater blew out luke warm air.
We asked for a different room...the staff personnel was so uncaring and we finally got room keys...but they didn't work and it was such a run down place we had just had enough and asked for a refund.
Yes the price was around $100 but we have stayed in way nicer places for that price!

Staff are exceptional. Quiet location just off the highway with many fuel stations nearby. Lots of pillows for the beds. Many cable channels. Tap/shower water is hot! Many hot/cold breakfast options. Pet welcome with reasonable pet fee.
Pool was out of order. No elevator - if you have lots of luggage or mobility challenges ask for a ground floor room.

The staff was very helpful, we’ve got stranded because of our Vehicle didn’t start the engine due to the cold weather, so we need to extend for 2days and the staff was very helpful and accommodating they give us everything that we needed. Thankyou!
