Café da manhã muito bom. Também disponibilizavam café, biscoitos e água saborizada ao longo do dia. A área de estacionamento é ampla. A surpresa foi poder carregar o carro elétrico sem custo.

A entrada para acessar o bloco em que nos colocaram era só por escada e também tivemos que usar escadas para subir ao primeiro piso, onde estava nosso quarto. Precisam melhorar a acessibilidade.

No Elevator Poor Breakfast Automatic Light in the Bathroom

The hotel was really nice and the staff was superb. It had a spacious room that was clean and comfortable with a nice included breakfast.

The location is a bit far from the beach and the pier, so if you are mostly looking to enjoy that part of Santa Monica then it is a bit tricky. However we still loved our time and would certainly stay there again

The personnel of the hotel is kind and always available. We got the wrong room assigned, even though we payed more for a bigger one, and when we asked for explanation they immediately took action and gave us another one. Room were clean and serviced everyday. The free parking lot of the hotel is perfect, it's LA, you must have a car. Location is good to reach Santa Monica and Venice attraction (by car). Evaluating a location in LA is hard as everything is a bit dislocated around a vaste geographical area, so there is not such a thing as the perfect location to stay.

Overall the hotel might benefit from a restyling, everything feels old and all those warnings in regards to Formaldehyde toxicity they are not a goot presentation at all. Maybe just renew the furniture with new ones more modern and eco friendly. Breakfast is mediocre, all the products have very low standards in terms of healthyness, it feels everything a bit too sugary. In the street there are relatively less homeless people hanging around (but as you reach the bridge you'll find a whole camp set up under it), just a note for people that are not fully aware of the situation going on in California.

Property was easy to find, easy parking, well kept and modern. Walking distance to a great Mexican restaurant for dinner.

There were a couple of strands of hair in the shower and on a bath towel that were definitely not ours. Also at breakfast the waffle machine was out of batter, the staff who was cleaning in the lobby didn't change her gloves before swapping out panckake batter... felt a little gross.

Everything was great! Clean room, good size, and friendly staff. Implementation of quiet hours was appreciated.

Extremely loud traffic noise all night. You could hear the gate slam shut for every person that came through the gate. Room was freezing, if you turn the heat up, it gets the main bedroom warm, but the bathroom and Jacuzzi area doesn’t get warm, so it stays cold.

We arrived early for our stay but the front desk kindly let us store our bags (note there is limited space for this so it's not guaranteed). Ray on the front desk was very welcoming and helped us with directions and things to see in the area as it was our first time visiting. Easy 5 min drive to downtown Santa Monica or the Pier. it was also an easy drive to the airport from here which was handy. Rooms were a good size, much more modern than they looked from the outside which was a nice surprise. Continental breakfast was very good and the hotel was clean and tidy

I emailed ahead to request an early check in and was told this should be possible, but on the day we arrived it was not possible. But in the end it was fine as we were allowed to store our bags and there is an off road car park so we felt fine to leave our luggage and car

Liked the location.near to plenty of eateries ,Santa Monica Pier and close to the freeways to attractions and airport...rooms were clean..beds made up and clean towels everyday. american pancakes and continental breakfast was great ....also washing and drying facilities and plenty of parking...

The vending machine was really overpriced...but there was a supermarket just next door

this hotel is super convenient, the room was clean, they brought us towels at the perfect time without having to ask, everyone was super friendly and the breakfast had good options. staying at this location everytime i come back to santa monica!

i would not buy on booking.com! the price was more expensive then what i would have payed through the actual hotel lol
