There’s no way this should ever cost more than $70 a night. The room was less than bare minimum. There were two cockroaches in my room and a hole in the wall under the bathroom sink, which is clearly where they were coming from. For $220 total, this is totally unacceptable. Every single apartment complex patches these types of holes to avoid and rodents and or bugs from entering apartments and a hotel should absolutely be doing that as well. I know it’s Venice Beach, but, let’s be honest, even apartments on this part of Rose aren’t that expensive. The room also looked like it hadn’t been attended to in ages. The shower had something like tape on it covering something? Not sure. But there is no way this property should be three stars.

“Studio apartment feel” room was chic, classic and clean. We loved the brick wall, minimalist modern interior design style, updated bathroom finishes and the mini kitchenette.

Extra $45 for parking in alley lot, uncomfortable mattress and no breakfast included.

Really noisy scary drug affected dude screaming and banging on doors for hours on and off. No bedside lamp. Hair dryer not working.

The cleaning staff came back twice within 20min even though I said I was checking out later. It was cold and you could everything from the street

staff was nice and distance to beach and surrounding eateries and shopping was great. Uber access was challenging and on-site parking was about 1/4 mile away and $40/night in an unsafe neighborhood for young girls, unfamiliar with the area to be walking. room was TINY!!!!

Horrible experience since I arrived from the arrogant elderly lady at the reception wanted $200 deposit to super noisy discomfort room all night the first night to cookarachas in the shower the second night. I had to find another hotel in a rush and they promised a refund which never happened. Never ever again stay with them.

The location was great. It would be nice if they could have somewhere to sit if it rains or the weather is poor.

Blocked toilet. No drinking glasses? App for laundry doesn't work, No cleaning facilities ????? (Sand everywhere on the floor/ Dirty cups, can't exchange evern!!!) As a tourist from SA, I can't accommodate something like a broom or dishwashing soap ect, So very dirty after 2 / 3 days.

Good location in relationship to the beach. Size of room was generous. Cool vintage vibe to building.

Loud space, very thin walls! Could hear conversations in the next room, street noise, and everything in between. Beds and pillows uncomfortable. Bathroom very small and cramped.
