We loved Hilton Garden Inn!!! Impeccable accommodation! Staff was super friendly and nice! Our room was so clean & comfortable! Pool and spa was my favorite!!! Will definitely suggest HGI to anyone and we will return next time we visit St. Augustine, Florida!!!

The property was nice,and clean. The pool was nice.

The side door had to be ripped open. And the hot tub was out of order.we had to get them to come and give sure towels. We were there for 4 nights. And you would think we might need more towels and toilet paper.

Location

The room we stayed in had 2 ac. One dirt work. The ungodly smell of fried food from the restaurant next door. I know that’s not there fault. But still. Bad.

Awesome restaurant right next door! Great location

We only stayed one night as we traveled away from Daytona Beach. You cannot help the weather but it absolutely poured so we didn't see the beach. We didn't arrive until 1 a.m. due to traffic getting out of Daytona. The price of the hotel room for literally seven hours was astronomical. It was nearly $400! Your check in employee was wonderful. It is hard to find someone pleasant at 1 a.m! It's not your fault that we arrived so late but truly the price of hotels and what you get for your money these days is just horrible. One would have thought I was staying at the Ritz Carlton at that price point.

Mary at front desk was nice.

My room had a leak from above a c unit and wall had mold growing on it. It should be er have been available to rent before repairs are made. Should be ashamed of themselves for letting it happen for the prices they charge. That is a health risk and I have the photos to prove it!

Very clean and for the most part, it was quiet. Front desk people were nice and very helpful.
