Great location and nice pool area. The on-site restaurant is wonderful.

It is under construction which was not disclosed until we arrived and we were past the cancel for free timeframe. It will be very nice when this is completed.

Spacious bedroom and comfortable bed.

Under renovations and not ready for prime time. Room had no light in entry hallway but a switch to nowhere. The bathroom had no light over the very small vanity but there was a floor lamp that wasn’t much more than ambiance. There were no towel racks anywhere and only one hook behind the bathroom door. No storage at all in the bathroom. The shower was spacious but no shelf or soap dish. Exhaust fan didn’t work. Signs apologized for their dust and it was dusty. Might be better to segregate completely renovated spaces for use.

Beach was at the end of the block, free parking was great, location to other attractions was good as well.. Restaurant is separate from hotel and could use a bar.. :-) The hotel did a great job managing the renovation noise..

The pool

A dead roach on the curtain. No free breakfast especially with the high price of the rooms.

We liked the pool. We liked the convince of the pool towels. The large walk in showers and the AC is nice and cold.

The only staff that was hospitable was a young man named Navado. He made us feel very welcomed and he was very kind to us. The rest where very unwelcoming and acted like we where an inconvenience to even check in.

St. Augustine is what you make it. The beach is awesome. The hotel was nice.

Front desk just didn't want to be bothered on our last night. Wasn't happy after that. Staff was great other then the one issue that caused us to leave the next day.

Staff was very nice and accommodating. On our check out morning, We had a late flight and they allowed us to continue to use facilities (pool, Jacuzzi, etc) for the day

beach was steps away, and walking distance from a number of restaurants on the same street. Breakfast at the restaurant on site was delicious!

A/C in the room was a bit loud, but worked efficiently

The bed was almost intolerable. It was very hard and you could feel the springs. Hard to sleep on. The bedspread was not covered and had stains on it. Hard to tell if was washed after each guest stay.

My flight was cancelled and I arrived a day late. The staff made sure my reservation was kept, but I only paid for the nights that I stayed there. Making the adjustment was painless.

The hotel in general was much nicer than I anticipated. The lobby was clean as was the room.

The in-hotel restaurant was a separate entity and very expensive.
