The location was nice. It wasn't too far from the tourist spots but it was pretty quiet. The rooms were very clean, which I appreciate. The pillows were soft and the bed was firm.

The walls must be thin or we had a loud neighbor. We heard everything they said. Aside from that, it was a nice stay.

Former Super 8 Motel, but was clean and right across from the beach.

Breakfast not as advertised. Coffee and juice machine, oatmeal packets, individual pre-packaged muffins and yogurts. Was not provided a receipt, even after requesting one at check out.

There was coffee and a comfortable bed.

Door to room did not shut properly, so light, bugs, smells from people smoking came in room. Plus the door could easily have been kicked in, so I wouldn't have stayed in that room alone.

There is no breakfast included as advertised. Except muffins and out of date yogurt. Room is tiny and very out dated. The beach access is not walkable with kids. I stepped on carpet strip with nail entering room. Tv didn't work well and no out side sitting area. Pool is 6 people big.

The rooms were very clean,staff was wonderful and sweet, location is excellent at the top of Anastasia Island and the price was incredible for how nice the rooms were.

The only thing that could be said bad about this property and it’s not even that big a deal is that the rooms are a little small that seriously it their excellent clean well put together well furnished just a little smaller that’s all

Room smelled of cigarettes even though was non smoking room as requested. Bed was very hard and uncomfortable No water pressure in shower

The Renovation was nice. Room was spacious and easy to access from parking lot. The cleaning each day was not special. The bathroom had black hair strains on floor and in bathtub. Towel displays were nice. Bed was not remade properly. Covers pulled up and sheets not fresh. They advertised breakfast and coffee. My husband loves coffee and it was not available except for one day of a three day stay. Breakfast was was never served. (Go to Margie's on corner)! The statement for not having coffee was "We don't have enough occupancies! (Only three customer rooms occupied. ) We love the location! Salt Life resturant is wonderful. Thank you, Jack and Robin
