Comfortable bed, convenient location, attached restaurant, very friendly front desk staff and GM.

Great front desk and CUSTOMER SERVICE

Cleanlness of rooms, staff was very kind and helpful

I liked the location , the restaurant on site and that there are places to walk the dogs

parking can be tough as I need to be able to see my car for my dogs that don’t come in

I had a very comfortable sleep. It was very quiet outside.

The check in clerk spoke much to quickly and didn't give clear information. The check out clerk was very nice. I thought the $150 security deposit was excessive and was more than we paid for a night stay.

No duvet cover on the duvet just sheets covering,

First room smelled too bad to stay in second room. Had no heat. It was minus 17 outside. Third room would have been okay but I had to sleep with a hat on because the heater barely worked, they showed me a fourth room which was half the size and had a small double bed in it. The heater didn't work. The hotel was dirty. The room across the hall for me had two dogs that barked all night. The staff was empathetic though and refunded my second day. I went elsewhere
