Hair dryer in room didn't work (it heated up but no blowing, warned the front desk this was a possible fire hazard). Pool area closed for construction. No breakfast.

It was nothing like what was shown in the photos. Stains on the floors, extremely pungent smell of smoke, dirty towels, toilet didn’t flush, shower was very dirty, the list goes on. I paid 150 which is ridiculous for what this room ended up being.

For a non smoking room, both room and linens smelled of stale cigarette smoke, cigarette burns on multiple surfaces. The window mounted AC unit was held in place by a towel and a fork, the security door lock was broken by what I can only guess was someone had kicked it in, multiple paint chips on the walls with some of them being held on by stickers, the bathroom was in utter disrepair, peeling linoleum, poorly installed baseboard tiles, bathroom door had bubbling paint and strange graffiti, shower head trim falling off the wall, and to top it off missing screws filled with BLUE toothpaste. The city of Vernon had issued a stop work order for the the plumbing. See photos. Watch out for loud music from guests that appear to being staying long term. Watch out the furniture fabric is badly stained including the mattress!!! Eewwwww.

Old rooms need updating, bath floor was quite dirty Blanket on bed had holes from cigarette burns. Pillows and bed not that comfortable.

The Air-condition is good but old. i think they I was able to sleep because of the air conditioning. the location was excellent and the fact that the parking is just in front of your door makes it very easy for me to transfer our belongings. it was perfect!

the Sink is clogged, the smell is not pleasing and the bed covers are very dirty although based on the caretaker, everything is being cleaned... but the stains doesn’t go away which makes it look so dirty! So if it is stained, why not throw it? the pictures in the website must be replaced of the actual pictures so that people won’t expect too much

Bathroom could have been cleaner, but this was great for a night stopover. Can't beat the price.

The sheets were clean but the mattress cover was not clean and had gross stains.

It was fairly clean, despite stains and corners of floors being dirty.

There is an Air conditioner set in a cut out in the wall. There are gaps between where the unit fits and the cut it is. Cardboard is used to try to block the gaps but it still seems like the window is open letting in highway noise and whatever little creatures maybe around to be let in. On the same wall is a rather large crack from where this opening was made.

the bed was comfortable and on the main floor

the fridge freezer needed defrosting badly, no sink plug, noisy by the ice machine, door slamming, floor above stomping noise

The front office staff, Iqbal was very helpful. He gave good advice about the local attractions and a good time to visit. His presence in the front office is the highlight of the hotel.

One of the bathrooms was not clean upon our arrival.

The room met my needs for a quick one night stop over. Decent value for middle of the summer in the area.
