This hotel is scary, twice we got a room where the door didn’t lock and would open even without the keycard. The rooms were dirty and it’s been turned into an extended stay where people live full time with barking animals and every single room smells. We had to move 3x. Do not stay here !!!!

The distance from the beach
We didn’t get our room until almost 2 hours after our check- in time. Room was soo hot and not really clean.

Ms. Jackie Johnson was an amazing hostess she was super kind and all around positive and accommodating.
Nothing to complain about, you know what to expect with Motel 6.

location was very good. within walking distance to the places we were there to see
the room had bugs. 4 of us in the room with only 2 sets of towels and soaps. Bugs in the bathroom as well as main area. Holes in the flooring. Room next to us was doing a drug transaction right in front of us. They day we were leaving to check out the woman in the room next to us was speaking to a person and she actually asked us if we had any space money or food we could give her. Apparently she stays there full time.

ONLY good thing was its close to the beach
The front desk staff was rude. The room was very untidy when we walked in. The beds I could feel every single spring. The people next to us had a dog that did not stop barking ALL DAY AND ALL NIGHT.

Le ménage était mal fait. Le balais ou aspirateur n'avait clairement pas été passé et le bain était sale.

The floors were dirty. When I got ready to climb in bed my feet were black! In the morning when we came to check out there wasn’t anyone there in the office….that’s poor customer service.

It was dirty,day staff was horrible and not all amenities said to have were accessable (pool, bathtub)

Room was dirty and smelled of mildew. Air conditioner didn't work properly. Pool was closed even though it didn't say it was when I reserved room. Roaches in rooms. Keys didn't want to work half the time had to go back up to office a few times to have them reprogrammed. Not a fun stay at all!!!

Since my sister doesn’t have her driver’s license and being 18, the nice lady at the counter let it slide. Very kind staff.
Finger prints on the mirror, dirty walls, the door didn’t seem to look closed all the way, odd smell but all expected for a motel I guess.

cocoa beach 3 minutes walk. Pool was great and very nice workers.
when entering room there was no TV. They gave us a room with a TV. I thank them for fixing this. On a phone call I asked about the pool and was told it was shut down. We where happy to see it opened and we did use it.

The pool was closed. Mattresses need updated.

It was clean and the location seemed safe.
The room had a terrible mildew smell that I believe was black mold painted over. It triggered me to cough a lot.
