I loved the location being directly next to the pier and the view from our room was the ocean.

The free breakfast wasn't much to write home about... Very small room, very few choices and what there was wasn't great.

Wir haben dieses Motel vor allem wegen der geringen Entfernung zum Strand gewählt und das zum zweiten Mal. Es ist halt ein Motel. Man hat alles und davon nicht zuviel.

Die Reinigung erfolgte nur zu 50%. Ein Bett wurde gemacht, das zweite nicht.

We loved the space and proximity to the beach.

There wasn't much seating inside and a lot of wasted space. There was room for a recliner and needed a couple ottomans.

The property was close to everything!! We really didn’t have to go to far to enjoy things .. it’s soo close to the beach .. I love it !

La possibilità di andare a piedi al Pier di cocoa beach. La dimensione della stanza e i letti molto comodi.

Purtroppo entrando nella stanza a causa della moquette c'era un odore fastidioso. La colazione da dimenticare. Poche cose e tutte di bassa qualità. Il succo imbevibile e anche il pane dei toast secco. Per quanto pagato mi aspettavo qualcosa in più.

Attention de bien réserver une chambre non-fumeurs les deux sont disponibles. La caution pour la chambre est restée bloquée 2 semaines. Il semble que c’est la faute de la banque cependant c’est stressant ‘

The location was ideal. Right next to the beach and pier.

Air conditioning Barry did anything. BREAKFAST WAS NONEXISTENT. Just some omelettes that seemed premade and some tuttie fruitie cereal.

Que me retuvieron en mi tarjeta de crédito un depósito de 247€ que hasta pasado 20 días desde que estuve no me liberaron, me habían dicho que retendrían 100$ pero fue muchísimo más a pesar de haber pagado el alojamiento con antelación

The location was very close to restaurants and the port. The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean.

Personnel du petit déjeuner très sympathique - sucre et sale au petit déjeuner, varié et bon. Nous avons même mangé un pain chaud « en croûte » avec une excellente sauce aux champignons et le lendemain matin des mini burger - literie de bonne qualité - machine à café, frigo et micro onde dans la chambre. Et le top … l’hôtel est à 2 minutes de marche de la plage et du Piers où se trouve un restaurant, un bar et surtout un magnifique bar Le Tiki au bout du ponton

The front desk staff were very nice and helpful. For the price, the room was great!

It is an older building and could use some upgrades. We were able to see under our door and decided to put towels down so nothing would crawl into our room at night.

Easy walk to the beach, breakfast was very good with a decent variety. Staff was helpful & friendly. Room was clean & reasonably comfortable.

Pool was small & our building was across the street from it, but since we were more interested in the beach this was a minor inconvenience.

Our key cards stopped working, there was mold in the AC and the bathroom. The room smelled of mildew and there were ants on the table. Overall not a clean room at all. Such a high price for a convenient location to the pier, needs to have a deep clean because it was very poorly cleaned. The towels were old and rough and the pillows were not nice either
