Staff was very nice
Rooms weren’t ready. No sheets on the bed. Bathroom smelled like pee. Dirty floor and toilet seat had cigarette burns. Next time I will be reading reviews

A huge smell of cigarettes, dirty sheets and furniture, sticky floor, I didn't even dare to use the blankets, the place is disgusting. Cockroaches and urine in the hallways, a nightmare to spend the night.

the front desk employee was very polite and helpful.
the bed was slop side, very uncomfortable to sleep. some areas on the floor were sticky. constant noises from next door talking on their phone at 300 in the morning. the shower needs works from handy man. the sounds of blaring tv sound from upstair.

No towels in room and front desk had no towels the bed was uncomfortable there was a burn hole in the cover the pillows were very flat the tub had burn marks and it was very loud definitely not staying there again

Inadequate toiletries, 1 towel per person, no wash cloths small sliver of soap , No bath/shower curtain liners, water everywhere (you’ll need need the provided towel provided to dry the floor. ) Bring extra towels ,soap, shampoo hair dryer etc with you. When we arrived to check-in there was

Property it’s so many people that’s too much, I was asked to move from the room I was originally assigned to me because it was an issue on the room above the one I was staying and when the employee that was moving, pushing the service with my luggage left it unattended and it start rolling off the curb and about 20 feet hitting the curb and that’s what stopped the cart from going any further away but almost all my belongings were ejected from the cart and the screen of my Laptop, I called the front desk to explain of what has taken place, the “assistant manager came” and didn’t want accept liability of the employee that negligently left the service cart unattended, unacceptable, and without checking the videos that support of what happened, I talked to Customer Care and explained of what took place and they asked to file a Police report.

Due to negligence from staff there was an accident, staff left service/luggage cart unattended, he moved from room 106 to room 150 because there was a situation on the room on top of the one I was staying at while he was taking my belongings to room 106 left car unattended and cart went of the curb rolling down and went down the parking lot and hit the curb across the parking lot that my belongings end up on the floor after he picked them up and took to the room and I unloaded the cart and checked my belongings and checked my laptop, the screen was cracked, I reported to the office and they denied liability, assistant mgr said that it wasn’t their fault and showed a video from one angle, when I tried to grab the cart after he left it unattended, she could’ve asked me how it happened and checked the videos where she could see all the videos to see that was his fault and not mine also she put me iba DNR list because I complained this situation is so aggravating that is unacceptable, that day I contacted Customer Care where they asked me to file a Police report so they can investigate, last time, I talked to Wendy Ibarra and I asked since is the one that she informed me of the DNR situation but this time she stated a different reason and I asked her to check the video since according to her this event took place at the lobby because I completely denied her allegations.

That night I stayed there’s was couples outside arguing/fighting for hours I can hear everything that was going on police arrived. didn’t feel right and safe my little one was scared couldn’t sleep at all

There was a lot of food places near it. And there’s a McDonald’s in the literal parking lot.
There was no towels when we got in the room. I had to go back to the front desk to get some. The elevator was disgusting and it smelled like vomit and vinegar.

Look sometimes its a matter of a couple dollars or having to let go of a deposit which makes it impossible for some of us to stay in a room and we end up on the street. This hotel gives us a way to sleep without worrying about the police harassing us cause we are stuck out there, or being stuck in the cold. For one night we are free of worry and comfortable in a bed. So anyone complaining about walking a couple feet to get towels, pay another 150$ and have them delivered. I'm keeping my $150 and taking that walk. Thank you motel 6
