Good location. Walkable to many places including beach. Nice facilities including pools and hot tubs. Unit had plenty of fresh towels and included washer dryer to clean clothes before leaving.

Some things show signs of aging. There is worn out drywall next to showers. Power outlets are very loose and can be replaced with 98 cent outlet.

The place was very comfortable, lovely, and felt like home. Spacious and very relaxing, great necessities in the place. Felt like the necessities were above and beyond, ( kitchen needs, paper towels, soaps, ice , dishes, pots and panes). Also had extra blankets, pillows, iron, and laundry soap for washer and dryer) really nice touch. Also vacuum, games cards, family activities, nice touch. We were very happy with our stay, furniture was nice, decor was great. All and all everything was great and we had an amazing time. Thank you

If we had any unpleasant comment to say at all about the place was that the carpet was a little worn.

Nothing was enjoyable.

Broken sofa bed, replacement air mattress small- needed 2, received without sheets. Carpet stained, not vacuumed. Top of refrigerator dirty, bathroom light shades dirty, washing machine broken, security lock broken. Knee high weeds and dirty furniture on private patio. Was the $274. even spend on “cleaning”?

The rooms were much larger than expected, comfortable and clean. Outdoor space was also great.

The registration process was a bit confusing.

It was quiet and comfortable.

The furnishings were dated.

The home was comfortable, easy to get to, and close to the beach. It had all the things we needed to enjoy a family trip in Hawaii.

Not sure if the previous guest had a dog, but the carpet had dog fur which got stuck on our socks and kids hair when they rolled on the floor.

Location, comfort, coziness, good vibes, quietness, lots of green and birds around, spacious rooms/kitchen, amenities (pool, hot-tub), beach/snorkeling gear included, convenient check-in/check-out.

Missing wifi network (probably a silly thing to fix, but we didn't bother), the air conditioner in the bedroom stopped working, and the ceiling fan in the bedroom was making a loud clicking noise (we had to set it to minimal speed to be able to sleep).

The apartment itself was great, clean, spacious, well stocked, overall a very good experience...however....

The absolute barrage of emails from Vacasa is simply unacceptable. Up to 9 a day, repeating the same thing over and over, not reading your responses. Even now a week after we left I'm getting 2 to 3 email from them a day. This continual spamming is a big issue and took a 5 star review down to a 1 star. They need to sort out their communications.

The area, the cleanliness of the unit, having everything available for use from the linens, to the bathrooms, the kitchen and it's entirety to include the proximity of being near to stores, beach, and amenities of the complex.

Condo was very clean and pretty nicely stocked with the convenience of being at your own home away from home! Complete kitchen which we totally made good use of. Two bathrooms 👍, hop, skip and a jump from the pool🤙🏼keyless entry No human contact check in/out .

Such strict rules! Check in/out times are never fair, in my opinion. I’m sure there is a reason for this but it annoys me that they don’t allow you to check in until 4:00 pm, unless you get an ‘early check in’ text. Then the required check out time is 10:00 am. I was also not pleased with the parking situation. Some nights we came back to the property, only to find other vehicles parked in our reserved spot. When I called to complain/report, the woman nonchalantly told me to just go ahead and park in any other spot….which I felt was rude and annoying!! Luckily I have a handicapped placard, that I had to use several times on this trip due to someone else parking in our assigned spot!!

The property looked exactly in the pictures. The location was beautiful and a small walk to the ocean. I don’t know if I missed it in the description, but it was a pleasant surprise to have two full bathrooms in the condo with only one bedroom. There was seating outdoors and the owner had made sure that everything that you might need was available in the house. The kitchen had all appliances and pots and pan, even containers to pack lunch, water bottles. The house had all beach essentials that included towels, chairs, umbrella, sunscreen. The bathrooms were great too with all necessities and even a hair straightener!! we were also greeted with a bag of goodies packed in a beautiful bag that we kept as memorabilia. And some free tickets as well.

It was slightly hard to locate the unit as we arrived after the front desk was closed, but we did manage. The wifi didn’t work initially when we arrived and we had to put in a complaint the next day. It was immediately taken up and was fixed by the end of the day. same happened with the washer and it was promptly fixed.

Our condo was a great size for our family and the location was fantastic. Our first night, we walked across the street to watch the sunset and saw turtles playing in the surf. We found fantastic snorkeling just a bit further down the beach. All within a short walk. The condo had plenty of kitchen supplies and linens. There were even beach toys, chairs, and towels. The beds were super comfortable. The fans and multiple balconies and windows provided great air flow so the temp was always comfortable. We loved eating out on the main balcony. We had such a lovely stay and highly recommend this rental for families.

There could have been a few more plates. There were only 6 dinner plates so we had to run the dishwasher after every meal. There also weren't any hot pads. These are super minor things and in no way took away from our wonderful stay.

almost no hot water so if two or more people needed to shower they were in cold water with super low water pressure at the end stove top and oven did not work so plans to have breakfast at the condo needed adjustment but able to make some dinner food on outdoor grills

The house had everything we needed from umbrellas, chairs, beach towels to emergency kit. Everything was clean and close to the beach. Restaurants, coffee shops were about 3-5 miles away.

Everything was perfect.

Great location to get to most island places.

The communication was very detailed in the days leading up to the visit, which was helpful, but there were too many repetitive messages coming in via text, email, etc. The unit’s knives are very dull-need replacing
