The beds were comfortable and the room was large
The bathroom/shower walls had mold all over them, the shower had a weird design without proper ventilation

Bathroom door is a sliding barn door. Door was off the track. No privacy in bathroom
Property outside was dirty with litter. My dog ate discarded marajuana. Cost me $600 at the emergency vet.
All ice machines were empty. Staff said too bad
Cookies were not Doubletree cookies. Could have bought better at a store.

If you order take out you must pick it up in the lobby they do not allow deliveries to the rooms

The room was quiet and the beds/pillows comfortable. The hotel renovation was good.
The traffic at this exit was heavy so to travel the block to the gas station beyond the hotel, and back was approximately 20 minutes from the exit off 270. So if traveling for a quick overnight stay while traveling the East Coast, I might not choose this one again just based on that 20 minutes.

Everything was great, the food at the restaurant/bar was actually really good. Bartender and front desk people were awesome!

The location was perfect, next to shopping center and restaurants nearby.
Facility was clean and staff were very friendly.
The pool closing at 8pm on the weekends for the time being.

Very convenient location. Staff were friendly and helpful. Had to go back for my receipt for work, no problem!

The evening desk receptionist, Timothy Anderson was fabulous. He was welcoming ,sincere and greeted us like family every time we saw him. He should be your Hilton Star-- a truly committed Hilton team member. He extended himself in everyway to us. Kids loved the pool. Breakfast was awesome. Cookie upon arrival nice touch !!

Couldn’t sleep well it’s was to much noose the heater was making any kind of noises it’s was too laugh out and the small light was on face the noises was coming from tops of my room early in the morning I and up getting so tired

The lady at the front desk Kemari was soooo pleasant and welcoming. She made my family and I felt like we knew each other for years. My boys loved her so much. And I was also amazed by her customer service skills. Kemari was very informal, and know how to go above and beyond for her guest. She definitely made my family and I want to travel back sometime soon, just because of how perfect she was
